No cleaning for two days, you have to buy toilet paper yourself, the breakfast consisted of the cheapest rolls, stale food and is not worth the price. The furniture urgently needs to be replaced.

The hotel is located in a quiet residential area away from major roads. Nevertheless, it is only a 10-minute walk from the Kudamm or Zoo train station. The room was nicely decorated and very clean. The staff was very helpful. There is no reception at Geisbergstrasse. When we had a problem with the safe, someone from Joachimsthaler Straße immediately came to us and solved the problem. Check in and check out worked smoothly online. Breakfast was plentiful.

Don’t stay here at all. The customer service was very disrespectful. We came from Poland and had a reservation but they wouldn’t let us stay the night knowing that we paid in full. We kept calling until someone picked up and he said we won’t get our money back. Now we are stuck in Berlin with no where to sleep.

The hotel rooms were okay but the service itself was horrible. Would not recommend anyone to stay here. I stayed only for one day and absolutely hated it. The staff was extremely unhelpful and rude and ruined the start of my trip completely.

After we had already had good accommodation in the past, we went there again, despite the significantly higher prices. We also paid the surcharge for the larger room. Here is a list of defects:Shower defect - was repairedSmoke detector stuck (not repaired)Door plate defective (often did not accept the door code, door was difficult to close) - was not fixedDirt under the bed (it certainly hasn't been cleaned for a while, except for the front 20cm) - not fixed. With room prices of €200-300 per night, even a free coffee can't help.Probably won't come back.
