If you are planning to stay here, better bring earplugs…the rooms are separated through doors and you hear everything loud and clear from the neighboring room, TV, snoring, talking…so get ready to not sleep if you stay here!

Great location with direct access to the tram and opposite Mauerpark. Lots of nice restaurants and second-hand and vintage shops in the area. The staff is very friendly and the breakfast is good quality and sufficient. The hotel is also modernly furnished. We'd love to come back!

The hotel is very centrally located, which is of course an advantage. However, it is far too loud. Traffic noise, trams and people shouting on the street until late at night. The rooms are extremely warm, but you can't leave windows open because of the noise. Of course, city noise has to be expected in this location, but the hotel must at least equip the rooms with air conditioning or fans. We barely slept for two nights. My husband left early and it was impossible for him to sleep. Then picked us up again a day later.So much for a family weekend together.Price-performance doesn't fit at all. Way too expensive.Breakfast is also very poor. Little choice.Conclusion: Not recommended, never again!

Amazing hotel. The free breakfast is good enough for your expectations and even better than some paid breakfast options at other hotels.The location is perfect along the tram stop and a few minutes away from the metro station.The room was fine and the service was pretty good.

Very convenient public transport, the metro is 2/3 stops from Alexanderplatz, very kind and competent staff, good and plentiful breakfast.

We were looking for a hotel that was central and we found it here.But that's about it for the positive.It was very warm in the room.The room was very small.The dusty kettle was on the bedside table and the bottle prints from the previous one were still visible.On Sundays the flea market starts at 7 a.m. So it's better to have the window. It's getting loud.We only had breakfast on Saturday and were very disappointed.It wasn't really a choice for vegans. In general there wasn't much choice.The marking was weak.It was very warm and very loud in the dining room and it had more of a canteen feel.When we checked out, the only thing that mattered was that everything had been paid for and not whether we had a pleasant stay.We will come back to Berlin as a tourist, but we won't stay in the hotel and wouldn't recommend it.I think these days you should go along with it and also offer a vegan/vegetarian buffet.We saved breakfast on Sunday and preferred to eat outside.

The rooms are tidy, but far too warm. The hotel is also located right on a busy street, which is why it is very noisy at night.Breakfast is average, there is not much choice.Still recommended for a short stay

Bomb location. And that's about it. It is unusual that everyone in this hotel is spoken to in English. Breakfast spartan, but sufficient. Rooms are spartan, without air conditioning, too warm in summer, windows can be opened, then it's too loud, the tram stops at the intersection in front of the house, just annoying. Our bathroom was a disabled bathroom with poor flushing. A person with disabilities would probably not have been able to use them. Costs for small non-shedding dogs 10 euros per night. No consideration. Space in the underground car park 25 euros per night, not suitable for larger cars. Dogs are not allowed in the breakfast room. Hence eating outside in front of the hotel door - well, that had some flair.

It's on a very historic street in Berlin, right up against the wall, which is the Mauerpark. 400m from the metro & 3 stops from ALEXANDERPLATZ.The negatives are that the room did not have air conditioning and it was hot

Don’t come over here in summer. Rooms don’t have air condition and it gets really, really, really warm inside, even with open window was impossible to sleep in such a environment.Other than that everything was fine, very helpful service, ok breakfast + well located.
