Wi-fi didn't work in our room. When we complained, they told us, it's gonna be fixed in a couple of hours. They lied. It was never fixed. Tv also didn't work, it had no signal. Ventilation in the bathroom was awful and noisy. We didn't use the AC but if we would, we couldn't. Another thing in this room that doesn't have any function. One day, the cleaning staff just put *do not disturb* sign on our door, so they didn't come and clean it. We found our sign in the room, which showed us that they did it on purpouse. When they finally came to clean our room, they did it at 8 o'clock. Guy just came in our room and woke us up. We didn't hear sorry. Also, it was super noisy. We heared people, staff and random knocking on the wall. It was like some work was going on. We were welcomed by the card on the table that says that we can buy some snacks at any time, but there wasn't anything.

Room was great, small but nice.Very clean and relatively quiet area.What we unfortunately didn't think was so great was that you had to book breakfast. If you don't check in until the evening/night, you won't be able to use breakfast the next morning if you don't think about it.

Good value for money!Very friendly staff!The rooms are clean, although a bit worn out.Free parking, tram in front of the door and a 24-hour reception.The breakfast was ok, the basics were all represented.Nice nature reserve just 5 minutes walk away.What bothered me were the loud slamming and beeping doors, which - depending on the activity of the other hotel residents - regularly disturb my sleep, and the mattress that was far too hard for me.If you can live with the disruption and can tolerate hard mattresses, a good choice for Adlershof.

My girlfriend and I were spontaneously in the city for a few days and chose this hotel because the price was absolutely great for a few days!Parking was even free!!The room was absolutely sufficient, the bed was even bigger than at home. (Maybe I should upgrade here :) )The hotel was very clean and everything was tidy, just as you would imagine - even nicer given the low price!The location was okay, with the tram stop right in front of the front door, it was quick and easy to get to the Schöneweide S S-Bahn station and from there directly to Warschauerstrasse with the S9.The only thing is that the route simply takes longer than if you lived closer to the city, so plan more time, but it's not a problem - at least for us.We will come back even if the way to the city just takes a little longer than from other hotels.

We were there for one night. Staff was very friendly and the hotel was in good condition. Rooms were very nice, but unfortunately the cleaning staff wasn't very good at dusting.

Unfortunately the rooms are poorly maintained. Our toilet flusher was broken, so water kept gurgling loudly into the bowl. At least we got another, albeit worse, room. A curtain was partially torn from the wall and the brackets in the bathroom were loose. Unfortunately it wasn't particularly clean, but still okay.

We stayed in this beautiful hotel for one night. The rooms were very clean and we slept great. The breakfast was very good in my opinion and the staff was very nice. It was also very positive to note that we were allowed into the room 1 hour earlier.We'll definitely come by again.

The location is somewhat ok. Easy to reach, train in front of the door and if you want to go to the TV studios like we did, it's not far.There is also free parking.Unfortunately, the rooms are not that good (see room description) and the fact that there is currently a construction site in front of the door doesn't make it any better.Breakfast was ok.The bottom line is that I wouldn't come here again.
