Very quiet and secluded. The furniture is very old. The beds are comfortable, but the pillows are as flat as a flounder. The breakfast buffet was appealing, freshly prepared egg dishes upon request.

I have been a regular guest for many years, this team is indescribably good Tatjana, Bernie stays the same as you have since you embody this guest house.Was also a guest in the main building for many years, unfortunately the service is on a fast decline. You get the feeling that some employees at the reception don't want to work and instead claim that the house is fully booked, which is what happens when you call again and expressly ask for the boss all at once was no longer true and 15 minutes later there were free rooms in both houses.I'm definitely looking forward to the Alpinia guesthouse

Clean, comfortable rooms. Intuitive, unattended check-in system.Quiet, pleasant neighborhood. Proximity to the train station - to the center by S2 line approx. 30 minutes.On-site parking is available (for 5-6 cars) and breakfast can be purchased.

Short and sweet:* no contact person (2 p.m.) upon arrival* Check-in was not accepted and took place at 5 p.m. via telephone until we got a replacement room* Requests were not taken into account (dogs are not allowed to run stairs and a spare room was on the 1st floor where workmen were noisy at 7 a.m.) There was painter's flies everywhere in the hallway and old towels were in the hallway* Room: Floor was dirty, bathroom was clean and there was long black hair in the bed* At breakfast we finally had a contact person (he was nice)* Breakfast was very tasty and balanced* There were also major complications when checking out because my receipt (which I received by email) wasn't correct and we then had to pay even more 😂* Even the parking spaces in front of the hotel had to be paid for even though they belonged to the hotel (but it was difficult to drive there because there was a huge container on it)All in all, we were pissed and left. Never again!

Small guesthouse, quiet, located in the middle of a residential area.The room was newly furnished with standard furniture.Very calm atmosphere.Logging in in the evening was a bit complicated.

Very friendly and clean. The staff in the house is unbeatably good and friendly, the breakfast was one of the best I've ever had. I can recommend it with a very clear conscience.

Rooms not very big, but everything is there, for example. Desk, TV, small Refrigerator,Shower is small, you have to be very careful when getting outStaff was open to requests, which were also taken care of (although there was a room mix-up because we were 3 colleagues with one room each, but it was still sorted out)It was sufficient for our purpose (training) and we booked the hotel again for the next training course

My room was just beautiful, very modern with a bathtub and shower and even a small kitchen. Unfortunately very noisy therefore 1 star deducted :(. The other rooms upstairs were unfortunately very old :(.Checking in was very complicated and the woman didn't really want to help us.

Rather simple from the outside, very quiet in a residential area.First the negative:Entrance area is very ugly, when you book via HRS you don't get the PIN sent to you so that you can take a card at the entrance and open the door, you then have to look for it somewhere else, even though everything is covered with some kind of paper and instructions (because... no one is on site)Now positive:Great breakfast buffet (€10.50), including orange juice and fresh scrambled eggs of your choice, fresh fruit, salmon, cheese, cold cuts, fresh rolls - just great.Although my single room and the bathroom were quite small, I have to say: Everything is brand new, very clean and you feel comfortable. For a night or two - perfect. However, you have to be mobile because there is nothing in the immediate area within walking distance where you could have dinner.

So the check-in process was really terrible. Humans and machines have failed. After the first night at breakfast, two women managed it. At the back of the room, the guests weren't being talked about so nicely. From the second night onwards, a gentleman with round glasses was available at breakfast. This was a picture-perfect service. He made good on the terrible first impression. So this gentleman has my utmost respect. The best service I have ever experienced in the catering industry.

Totally fine for a few days.Very good breakfast. Nice "owners". Guesthouse also only offers breakfast.Far away from the city center but the S-Bahn is in the immediate vicinity.
