A great hotel, very nice family who runs the hotel, great breakfast and cozy restaurant, we were thrilled. Very nice rooms, clean with everything you need. We recommend it 100% and will come back on our next visit to Berlin. Thank you for everything

Price performance totally OK. Bathroom very small, but everything was tidy. Good options for dining and shopping nearby. The restaurant in the hotel is also OK. There is an underground car park. 7 euros per day. Since breakfast is only available until 9 a.m., we had breakfast outside the house. Would love to come back

Great restaurant with original Ukrainian dishes. Food was very tasty 😋 and the service is friendly and guest-oriented. We had a very nice evening and would love to come back! Many thanks to the kitchen and our service!

We were in Berlin for the DFB Cup final and unfortunately we were a little late looking for accommodation. So we ended up at the Hotel Aviv in the very south of Berlin.We stayed there for two nights and were completely satisfied. We booked a normal room and got a whole apartment with a kitchen. The rooms are very nicely decorated and cozy. The staff was always friendly and ready for a chat :)The only drawback is the location, as it takes a little longer to get to the center, but it was still manageable.Would come again if I ever end up in Berlin again!

We were in the restaurant of the Hotel Guzulka and if we could we would give it 6 stars. The ambience alone is worth a visit. Everything here has been lovingly decorated and typical of the country. The staff with their own accents are attentive to their guests. I invited my father to dinner there for Father's Day and he is not a good eater but the plate was empty. He would have loved to lick his fingers. It was definitely not the penultimate or last time we ate there. I wish the Guzulka team continued success.

We were about 20 people. A birthday was celebrated at the table next door. Then we were invited to a dance, a Ukrainian celebration. Suddenly we were all a family together and dancing and singing along. A nice evening.

We went to the restaurant for Easter brunch. A real insider tip, a bit hidden. The ambience is beautiful, everything is lovingly designed. The service was very friendly and enthusiastic about their restaurant - rightly so. The food is Ukrainian and very tasty. It won't be our last visit.

Owner is condescending and in the creepiest way possible: snippy, smug, master of asking rhetorical questions, insinuating that he caught you in a credit card crime (specifying why it's not ok for someone else to book for you, or that it couldn't be my credit card because apparently the payment was canceled, he doesn't have it). I admit at this point that my train was significantly late and I arrived a few hours after check-in, but theoretically I should have had a code for night check-in, which I did not receive .Still, none of that justifies such disgusting treatment of people — I then left and looked for another hotel, even though I could have checked in, but no, I won't let that happen to me. No matter how nice the rooms would have been or how nice the breakfast.

The registration was very rude and arrogant. The room was very clean, new towels would be appropriate. The kitchenette is right next to the bed.

Breakfast was very rich and highly recommended. The room was also quite decent and clean. What I would have to complain about would be that the room on the third floor under the roof had no air conditioning, with the outside temperature being over 30 degrees plus.

Very nice service, you sit outside under cover in the Ukrainian restaurant. Inside you can see a lot of typical Ukrainian decoration. The toilet is clean, but not for smaller people or children. The menu is very extensive, it is difficult to decide. I chose filled dumplings in porcini mushroom sauce. It tasted very good, but the dumplings were just too much of the same taste for me. I was missing something fresh. Next time I'll try something different, the food looked more varied from the others. My dog was there again, he was welcome and had a bowl of water.

A beautiful hotel, familiar, very friendly, clean and a great restaurant with Ukrainian specialties. I feel comfortable here and I will definitely come here more often!
