Our Kasimir has been going to the Happycat cat hotel regularly for 10 years, sometimes for several weeks.It's always a big hello and the cats now know each other and he comes back well-fed and with shiny fur.Cats don't like leaving their home, but with Ms. Ruchay he has found a second home and we can go on vacation with peace of mind.Thank you, dear Ms. Ruchay, for the loving care of our cat, the reliability when it comes to agreements and your commitment.

Our cat has been to the "Happy Cat" cat boarding house several times and each time we have been completely satisfied. Today we picked up our tomcat from Mrs. Ruchay after 3 weeks, relaxed, well-fed and with a brilliant case.Communication with Ms. Ruchay is always friendly and you get the feeling that she cares about the animals with heart and soul. We thank her for that and have already booked our cat's next vacation.

In her guesthouse in Rangsdorf, the guesthouse operator, Ms. Ruchay, seems to feel superior. Your treatment of guests seems condescending. One wonders if she acts this way because her guesthouse is the only option nearby? The reviews and the hidden hints, even read between the lines, raise concerns about whether animals are well looked after there. Criticism from former employees and craftsmen is seemingly dismissed. Reports of private incidents and the smell of alcohol during animal handovers are particularly worrying.Ms. Ruchay's communication seems competent, but unfortunately she is not in relation to the specifications of the medication Pannacur to be used for previous treatment with tablets, which she insisted on, instead of paste, i.e. contrary to every veterinary recommendation. All of this in a commanding tone: ... only from the vet and from nowhere else...The arrogant, compulsive way of giving strict instructions is met with disapproval. Only cash is accepted. There is also criticism from other guests online. The cancellation of an agreed appointment was heatedly discussed.It should be noted: The violation of data protection guidelines, requesting personal data in advance and wanting to receive this in an insecure way via Whats Up, then, due to my failure to fulfill this request, led to the reservation that had already been agreed to accommodate my cat being canceled to cancel.Ms. Ruchay did not agree at all with my promise to present the animal passport and PA on the day the animal was dropped off.I quote the Whast Up correspondence (copy):"You know, Mr. Werner, I'm going to cancel your reservation, it won't work and I can't see how this constant contact can continue without progress. A big compliment, very friendly.So our one year old Merlin was in a cat boarding facility for the first time this year...We were a bit scared...But we received a very friendly welcome and the cats were treated very lovingly.Our little one didn't find the Panacur that tasty, but he tolerated it well...We were always kept up to date with photos.And when we picked him up we noticed that he felt comfortable.He cuddled with the owner and was happy when she entered the room.Gladly again next year!!!Thanks again, without a guilty conscience on vacation...Kind regards: Family, V. Our cats had a lovely 8-night stay in July 2023. The lady, Ellen, was very friendly and helpful. Our cats were happy when we collected them today. We would definately use this service again. Owner speaks fluent German and English.

Our cat was housed here for the second time for 3 weeks and he did very well, we picked him up again in a good mood. He is an outdoor animal, so it is very nice that there are also spacious outdoor enclosures. We are very satisfied with the care.

Best animal boarding house we have ever experienced. They even have their own brand of food. Lots of space for the little rascals too. Top!

We have let our cat go on vacation with Ms. Ruchay in her Happycat guesthouse a few times. We, as well as your guest, were always given a friendly welcome, arrangements always worked well, and every now and then we received a few current photos of our cat and could see that he was doing well. The next stay has already been booked.

Our cat was here last summer and survived the break well. We were warmly welcomed and also received feedback via video and telephone calls during our stay. We will be back.

So we put our 2 year old cat in a small group for 6 days. Registration and payment were very simple and easy, and the owner also checked the vaccination certificate, everything was correct so far, although I was a bit hesitant during the check because she criticized our vet. When we entered the room for the first time, an unpleasant smell hit our noses and I felt a lot that this room had far too little space for the cats. We picked up our cat after the 6 days, entered the room and, excuse my expression, I really felt like puking. It still smelled like cat urine. On the same day we weighed our cat and found that he had lost a total of three kilos. It also turned out that the cats were only given dry food. Our cat also had diarrhea, which indicates poor hygiene and poor food. We will never send him there again!
