I'll try to be as objective as possible by listing negatives and positives.Negatives:- No curtains on bunk beds.- The kitchen is too small for a hostel of that size. There wasn't enough space sometimes. It's also not designed like a place where people can hang out.- You have to pay for towels and bed sheets but it is written on the website. What was missing though, was that I had to fit the bed sheets myself, which is not something you want to do after you arrive already tired.- The shower blasts you like a car wash. The water pressure was way too high.Positives:- Great location.- High ceilings- Friendly staff.- Clean toilets and showers.- The electronic key card works well and gives you access at night.- There's a pool table, which is unusual for a budget hostel.

There were bed bugs in several rooms, we were supposed to get another room, but the mattresses and beds were everywhere but in the right place. We went to see if there were bed bugs in that bed and then we saw a fecal stain of 1 square meter on the mattress. The people behind the counter just scroll on Instagram. You have to make your own beds and there was no cleaning all week. Gross.

You can't complain about the hostel itself. It is clean and cleaned regularly, but I still highly recommend taking slippers with you for showering.Since it is a hostel, the rooms are designed very simply, it looks very much like a school trip. It's right next to train stations and the East Side Mall, so it's easy to order food there, for example. However, the food on site leaves a lot to be desired, on the positive side there is also fruit for dinner and free coffee for breakfast. I would like the food to be seasoned at least adequately and not just cooked until it is just edible.Except for the rooms, the hostel is very nicely furnished, especially the lounge, but I don't like the music being played, which is also very loud.Another positive aspect is the free WiFi, which is also good. You can't complain about the staff. The only person I interacted with seemed extremely likeable.Of course, the night's rest from 10 p.m. to 6 a.m. is justified, and strict care is taken to ensure compliance with this.Overall, it's a reasonably priced place to sleep. However, if you want a luxury hotel or a special hotel feeling, you are out of place there.

Great price/quality hostel in the vibrant East Side neighborhood, with plenty of good public transport connections (U-bahn, S-bahn, tram M10) to Berlin Stadtmitte. The hostel is surrounded by bakeries, kebab, burgers and Italian restaurants, so you will definitely not starve to death. I took a bed in an 8-bed shared room. The room was extremely spacious and everybody had cabinets to securely store their stuff (do not forget to bring your own padlock!). There were enough showers and toilets available, and all of them were spotless. The hostel offers an all-you-can-eat continental breakfast at an additional €10 charge. One less thing to worry about, and you get plenty of meats, cheeses, toppings and bread to choose from. If you still want to prepare your own breakfast of dinner, you can do so in the shared kitchen. In addition you can enjoy a beer or a coffee at the bar for a fair price.
