A typical shelter. The showers are a disaster, the kitchen is the same, the district doesn't appeal either. Overall, for this money it is really tragic. I DO NOT RECOMMEND!!!!!!!

First of all to mention: we had to go to Berlin for work and initially chose this location because of its location in relation to the highway.We both hate crowds and will only visit cities when this is really necessary. This guesthouse offers so much peace and quiet that we were completely relaxed.Despite the fact that it is actually a mechanic's boarding house, the building is completely quiet after 10 p.m. The area with high buildings suggests otherwise, but we did not feel threatened from there either, on the contrary 😊, we could walk there in peace with our dogs.We had booked a room without its own sanitary facilities, this was also a great choice, because there were more than enough sanitary facilities in our building and it was always clean. For people who stay there for a longer period of time, there is even a washing machine, a fully equipped kitchen, a room with dining tables, where you can also dry/iron your laundry.All in all a good choice, on our next visit to Berlin we will definitely choose this location again, also to experience a walking holiday, because the eastern part of Berlin really offers a lot of beautiful nature and waters!The car was in the free parking lot, under a tree in the shade, plenty of nice restaurants in the area, what more could you want?

The guesthouse has more of a youth hostel charm, but it is really recommended for one night and for the price. The S-Bahn station is also not far away, so it's easy to get to the airport the next day. The lady at the reception was also very friendly!

No emergency number. Reception closes at 9 p.m. and then they don't care about the guests.We were assured that we would get a key with a late check-in, which we didn't get.We spent almost 3 hours outside in the cold looking for a hotel, called and visited around 7 hotels to ask if they had a room.Since the hotel is close to BER, everyone was fully booked because everyone wanted to take the flight the next day.Our flight was at 9am, meaning our last night was hell as we barely slept. Really unpleasant for your last night in Berlin when you want to relax and then have to spend ages looking for a replacement hotel.I absolutely cannot recommend this guesthouse and am extremely disappointed. This hotel simply doesn't care about people.

Good little guesthouse for Berlin visitors who have few demands. The only negative thing is the drunken Ukrainians and Poles, some of whom disturb the evening peace.

Great place to stay overnight before/after the flight. You can stay for several days. There's a pizzeria next door (they have beer), free parking. 15 min to the airport.

The best price offer in the airport area. Schönefeld Terminal 5 is 2 km away. Easy to reach on foot.The rooms are clean and comfortable, there is a full-fledged shared kitchen, and there are shared male and female bathrooms in the hallway. Cleanliness is maintained at a high level.A small caveat: some of the doorways on the corridors are relatively low. Those who are over 1.80m, be careful)Request: it would be even better if they gave out individual shower gel and shampoo)

I had to cancel, but I really would have liked to keep the booking. I spoke to Ms. Braun when making the reservation and received really great service. Very friendly, very accommodating and understanding. I was really looking forward to it. Maybe next time 😁

Uncomfortable. The room is cold. The slightest rustle in the corridor can be heard in every room. There is a metro nearby, so it is very noisy.Pros: good WiFi, parking for guests, and a washing machine.

We, a family of four, use the accommodation as a stopover in order to travel on to Berlin-Brandenburg Airport (BER) early the following morning.However, the guesthouse is absolutely not recommended.The area is bad (the only advantage is the proximity to BER).The musty rooms are very noisy. The wall along the single bed (long side) was disgustingly dirty. The shared toilets were disgusting. Here, the lighting is controlled via a (relatively short-clocked) motion detector. A disadvantage if the light suddenly goes out while going to the toilet.If you can cope well with youth hostel standards, the accommodation may be sufficient for the time being. However, I will not stay there again.
