You can tell this place is definitely older when it comes to the facilities. The rooms are modest but clean, and for the price and the location it was a very nice stay! About 10 minute walk to the nearest metro station, and in a nice area. The staff at the desk were always very pleasant. I do recommend.

The hotel has a great location on Kurfürstendamm. It's clean and has really nice rooms. The breakfast was very good especially the coffee. The star deducted because there were such big differences in the staff. Some tried hard and friendly, others had to hear every word out of their mouths. You would have to catch up. But definitely a clear recommendation. I would come again too.

Clean, tidy, but without fireworks. Unfortunately, the staff is adamant and won't let you in even 5 minutes before check-in. Pity. You can leave your bags and go sightseeing, check in later.

Though I had asked for a non smoker room, the room that I was given had a strong smell of cigarette smoke. Room was otherwise clean and convenient. Staff are very friendly.

Had a great stay, i get what people mean about the rooms not being 4 star worthy. Yet i really liked it. It felt like a home. Felt really safe and the location is perfect. The staff was really sweet and helpfull. Will stay here again for sure!

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay for the civil wedding of my son and my new daughter-in-law. We were particularly impressed by the start of the day with a wonderful, rich and varied breakfast that left nothing to be desired. The interior design in both the room and the breakfast room in the elegant Art Deco style rounded off our experience perfectly. Unfortunately, we were unable to use the wellness area due to time constraints - next time we will plan more time for this. We See You again Hotel Bleibtreu.

I was unable to travel due to illness and was informed at short notice that I would not be able to come.I asked if my reservation could be postponed (I even offered to accept an additional charge for a different date).I was replied that I was not allowed to cancel or rebook.That wasn't the answer to my question, nor satisfactory.If you as a hotelier notice that the guest wants to come to the hotel and is not keen on a refund, isn't it possible to show understanding and not just focus on profit?Either way, you received the money from me for an empty room (in the best case, according to my information, you sold it twice).Even when I contacted the hotel directly using the contact form, I still haven't received a response.

The location was really great, good connections and you can quickly get to Kurfürstendamm. The bathroom was clean, everything was there and the shower or bathtub was good. The room didn't look anything like the photos. The actual room was very small - someone in the Google reviews called it a "walk-in bed" - and that's what it was. We imagined the room to be a little bigger, but it was fine. I thought the bed was fine, my girlfriend didn't find it comfortable at all. It is very "bouncy" i.e. when someone turns over in the night the whole bed shakes. Unfortunately the lighting was a bit dark.

Location is really wonderful. The staff was very helpful and nice, but there were a few little things that weren't right; Unfortunately there is only one cotton shower curtain in the bathroom, so after every shower the bathroom is full of water, the floor is made of carpet and is a few years old and a bit stained, the fridge was not plugged in and it wasn't easy to find a socket. We had a pleasant stay for a 4 star hotel but we are still missing something.

Unfortunately, I noticed a mistake in my recent booking. I intended to reserve the accommodation from May 16, 2024, to May 22, 2024. However, the booking was mistakenly made for the period from April 16, 2024, to April 22, 2024. I discovered this on the third day when my false reservation was already active. Firstly, no one from the hotel contacted me to inquire why we hadn't checked in, or when we would, or if we would at all. When my wife called the hotel to inquire about our options and the possibility of adjusting the dates to align with our original plans, the response was indifferent. They simply stated that it wasn't their problem. Additionally, no one offered to rebook for the correct dates; the conversation ended abruptly. While I understand that the mistake with the dates was mine, and it's reasonable for the hotel to be unable to adjust them, I found the communication lacking in customer orientation. This is unfortunate because the hotel is in a good location, and we would have liked to stay there with our baby. However, such communication has deterred us from wanting to stay there.
