Magic Place, beautiful all around, and the whole area is also very suitable for hiking, motorcycling, switching off and much more. The evening meal in the restaurant is perfect and flexible. The breakfast varied. I felt very comfortable there.

Spontaneously the three of us had lunch on Saturday lunchtime without any problems. The hotel is located away in the forest, very romantic to drive there with its somewhat narrower streets.A very friendly staff, the food came quickly, the price/performance is good and the food was very freshly prepared. The schnitzel with great pomade with bubbles, thin and juicy, as well as the rum steak and Holzfeller steak, mega tender and to the point.We were all served a small side salad which was very tasty and attractively prepared.Rustic but with an elegant flair with fabric servers and tablecloths. Very good parking and dog friendly.

Super pleasant hotel in a beautiful location in the middle of nature!🏡 The staff and owners are super nice and the service is top. The restaurant can also be visited without a hotel stay. At least there you should definitely eat warm and definitely have the warm chocolate cake for dessert!

This is a traditional German restaurant and hotel. The clientele are older, mainly German. But the staff are young and a bit funky. The restaurant is very large with a biergarten in Sommer. There is a huge conservatory, but I prefer to sit in the more traditional German side as that is what I enjoy. Local food, fish and wine. My mother in law stayed here for a week and loved it. There is a lift and excellent wheelchair access. I enjoy eating here the waiter was so lovely with his wine description..... I definitely drank what he suggested! In fact, I had fallen in love with the description, even before he gave us a sample! Definitely recommend.

Very friendly and good service; good location with numerous excursion destinations and opportunities for hiking and running; good, home-style cuisine; On Thursdays there is flamed salmon, cooked on an open fire; Reservations are recommended; the rooms are clean, the furnishing style is reminiscent of the 90s; simple but good conference hotel. Simple, solid breakfast. Price-performance ratio fits. Recommended.

Hotel with 80s charm. Rooms clean but beds too soft. At 9:30 there were no more scrambled eggs, no bread or croissants for breakfast. There were only limited rolls. Cheapest sausage and cheese.

Very rustic and down-to-earth restaurant. First of all, lots of game and fish specialties. Anyone who likes reduced, strong and thick sauces likes a poem. The kitchen is first class and you can find dishes that are not available everywhere. The atmosphere is rustic and the service is very good. I can highly recommend the Brandhof restaurant.
