Extremely unfriendly, the bride's room wasn't even decorated. The decorations were still in the packaging in the other room, simply placed on the bed with the groomsmen. As soon as you asked something, you were shouted at. The guests were treated really badly. Even though so many rooms were booked.The furnishings in the rooms are completely outdated. You can't even turn around in the bathroom, it's so narrow. The towels smelled like cheap detergent.Thank you never again. Not recommended in any way. Too bad for the bride and groom. Perfect wedding and then such a conclusion!!!!!

We visited friends in Oppenheim and stayed here.The friendliness and service of the staff is super great. Very accommodating and everything was fine.All wishes and needs were addressed.The breakfast was very well made and fulfilled all wishes. Really delicious.Some things that could be improved are the rooms. (We had family rooms with 2 sofa beds).Unfortunately there was no fly screen on any windows. It was also super warm during the week and there was no air conditioning or fan available.That was pretty tiring.That would be really good if you could do better there.Thank you and see you again soon.

Very family hotel and very friendly staff. They were always very helpful. It is a small and old hotel but very well decorated and with everything excellent. I just have to recommend it!

The rooms seemed clean. The breakfast buffet was varied and absolutely fine. The staff in the kitchen/breakfast room were always polite and courteous. The key box worked perfectly, but it is a shame that the reception was not manned despite arriving at the time (according to the information on the hotel's website).Unfortunately, the rooms are not well soundproofed, so you can hear everything from the hallway and the next room. In my opinion, the mattress on the bed should definitely be replaced - I had back pain after the first night. Overall, the hotel's facilities are outdated and not appealing to me personally. Furthermore, I found the owner (?) to be extremely unsympathetic. In my opinion, she did not approach me politely and professionally when I asked a "question" because personal characteristics of mine were incorporated into the conversation instead of speaking objectively about my question.Because of this, I unfortunately cannot recommend the hotel. There are some better hotels in this price category, including in Bodenheim and the surrounding area.

Small, pleasant, clean and well-maintained village hotel.A little noisy.Basic room, a little dated, but clean.Access is possible 24/24 thanks to a key box system.The staff is friendly and I particularly enjoyed the breakfast with a very varied choice served in the downstairs room.

The hotel is located on the outskirts of Bodenheim. Rooms at the back are very quiet, but you should avoid the rooms on the ground floor on the right. It is very loud here near the breakfast room in the morning. The cleaning staff also collect their things directly opposite the rooms, but they are also a bit loud. Large room and beds were good. I only had problems with the very firm pillow. Breakfast varied and ok. In the evening you should eat something out. However, only a room in a different area is recommended. I will take my own pillow with me. Price OK.

We had booked 2 single rooms for 5 days, I can only say it was very nice in the hotel, everyone fulfilled our every wish, the breakfast was very tasty and fulfilled all our wishes, it couldn't be better. The staff was super friendly, we will definitely come back. We can only recommend the hotel in Bodenheim.
