We just wrapped up a fantastic three-night stay at Dune Seseh Hotel with our group for a yoga retreat!Here's our thoughts:1. Gorgeous and ModernThe hotel is super pretty and has a modern vibe that you could not find anywhere else and made our stay feel special2. Super Friendly StaffThe staffs at Dune Seseh are incredibly nice and accommodating. We had few last-minute requests, and they were always willing to help with a smile. Their friendliness truly enhanced our stay.3. Great BreakfastBreakfast was delicious with plenty of options, and the restaurant had a great atmosphere to kick off our day.4. Chill Sunset YogaThe hotel provided a serene setting that made our yoga practice truly special, allowing us to relax and rejuvenate as we enjoyed the breathtaking views.5. Spotless CleanlinessEverything was clean, from the fresh bed sheets to the sparkling bathrooms. We brought a water filter, and even though it turned black by only day three, which is a testament to the quality of the water and the hotel's attention to hygiene.NoteAccessibility: There’s some construction nearby, which made it tricky for our 16-seat van to get in, but smaller cars (like Grab) had no issues.ConclusionOverall, Dune Seseh Hotel was a fantastic choice for our retreat. Beautiful surroundings, great food, and friendly vibes made it a memorable getaway. Highly recommend it for anyone looking to relax!

The hotel is not ready to open yet, the area around it is still being built and you can hear the workers constructing all day.The room is nice and cute but not enough for more than 2 people. it’s more of a compound, not a hotel.Housekeeping doesn’t change the bedsheets and it smells disgusting. They changed it once during our 4 days stay and they did it only once we asked them to.The AC is placed wrong so the person sleeping on the extra bed gets frozen while the whole room is warm.You can’t open the window a lot since there is no cage and all bugs can get inside and there is no fan in the bathroom which makes the room so suffocating.The balcony is full of ants.No phone is in the room you contact room service by WhatsApp 🤣The surprise was that when we wanted to check out they asked for extra fees just to clean the bedsheets as they said we had makeup on it.The location is not that good and especially for the entrance there is no road you drive on sand.Service is fine.

The hotel is very tiny and u don’t get any privacy( unlike the pictures in Google) Construction is all around the hotel and the workers can see you through the windows. There’s no phone in the room to call the reception, rooms don’t have basic needs like cotton, toothbrush, small towels nor even proper water; they leave a bottle that is not sealed which makes u wonder if it’s tap water..Ants are everywhere; you can’t sit in the balcony to relax at all!As someone who’s been to many hotels, they have very unusual policy!Exp:* if you leave any regular stain on the bed, couch or carpet, they will charge u fees to clean!* if you want to have breakfast in the hotel, they charge 100.000Rp per day and to get that, you have to pay for your whole stay or else you would for each dish you order..Overall, the hotel has great potentials; however, it’s not ready to operate yet.. it needs more time to get ready to welcome people ..

Most amazing hotel! And the people working there are so friendly and welcoming 🙏🏼 the location is a bit offsite but it’s easy to order takeaway and there is a lovely small restaurant just down by the beach.Unfortunately we needed to leave early because of some family issues. But the crew was very helpful and understanding.It’s a place worth visiting and we will definitely come back!🤩

A hidden gem. The architecture of the place is on point. Quite a travel from Canggu or Seminyak. Only issue here is the unpaved road getting to the hotel.

WOW! Absolutely stunning! Hard to find quiet, serene places so close to Canggu. The interior and ambience at the place is so unique and beautiful. The service and the staff are friendly and sweet. The rooms are spacious and the beds are super comfy. Food is great! The location for me is amazing as I prefer being on the outside of the hustle and bustle and just venturing in when I feel like. Saying that, there’s still some beautiful little cafes and spas in walking distance and also a 1 minute walk to the beach! It’s 5 star for me and can’t wait to come back again!! Thanks for having us! 🤍

Dune is a true gem in Seseh with walkable distance to the beach! The interior is stunning with huge pool and comfortable daybeds. The service is impeccable and every single detail is taken care of. Breakfast was very good despite they just opened when I stay there. Bedroom has sofa & desk with pool view and they provide bath salts for the tub. A slice of heaven!

my favorite place in Bali, incredibly beautiful and atmospheric, everything is thought out to the smallest detail, sockets near the bed, light switches also on both sides of the bed, cleaning every day, fresh towels, the staff is very pleasant and polite, they helped with everything!the location is near the beach, about 2 minutes walk, the beach is very beautiful, there are warungs and restaurants near the beach, if you need to do your laundry you can do it at the hotel (very cheap), the drinks and food were delicious!the pool is very deep, warm and clean, perfect for meI will come back here again, for sure!thank you Dune 🫶🏼

Super hotel!!! I recommend it to everyone who comes to rest in Bali. The hotel is thought out to every detail. Perfect lighting, sockets near the beds, very cozy and beautiful rooms, bathroom and shower very clean, excellent bathroom set: shampoo, hair conditioner, bath salt and body lotion... the air conditioner cools the room in a couple of minutes. An ideal and clean pool without living creatures, 1.6m deep. The hotel area is so clean that you can walk barefoot and your feet won’t be dirty!!! Very tasty breakfasts. The staff is friendly and helps with any questions. You can order Landry, they washed 10 things for us and the price was only 50k rupees!

We loved loved lovedddd our stay at DUNE. It was the perfect beautiful getaway place and very thoughtful room layout.From the numerous power plugs all around the room, to the big toilet enough for 3 people to use at the same time, comfy beds and corners to hang up the clothes, even their hangers are beautifully made of bamboo🥹The pool was very nice to chill at with comfy floating beds. The sunsets really nicely at the pool area and they aren’t kidding when the beach is a short 3mins walk away!Everything is still very new as they only opened this month, but their staff is 💯💯💯 very friendly and sincere bunch of people that makes your stay in Bali even more memorable🏝️ Shoutout to Diki, Intan and team!🤗I can imagine with only 12 rooms, you have to book early! I’m really hoping DUNE will still be affordable the next time I return to Bali🙈 Would love to return and stay at DUNE again!

My check in was terrible. Arrived at 9am, waited patiently and I was assigned at a room which is right at hallway with little privacy. As the first guest arrived, I know I have the chance to request to change to the same tier of room. However when I am back staff completely ignored my request and room is given to guest arrived after also only stay for same length.I don’t if this is called discrimination or bad hospitality.Update: spoke with the owner, owner was friendly and offered free breakfast but no room change. If there is any discrimination involved, I can’t just let go.
