One star is still too many. I've been on a business trip across Germany for 11 years, but this accommodation takes the cake:- No breakfast as advertised- unable to bill the company credit card via HRS- didn't want to check in, but still had to pay because it was after 6 p.m-Torn out the TV wall mount and simply placed it on the table- Carpet is completely dirty, you shouldn't take your shoes off here- Room smells strongly of men's deodorantNever again!

The hotel is located in an area full of criminal activity, you hardly dare go outside because you are immediately approached by dubious characters. The rooms are pretty run down, we had insect infestations there. Then the complaint to the staff didn't change the matter, they were told that if it didn't fit, you could leave. We can only advise everyone not to book a room here.

Location was perfect, you can walk everywhere. Service wasn't, my husband and I had to buy towels because they weren't willing to clean our rooms, replace towels or change the trash. I needed to seek them out. We decided to switch hotels.

What's really worth it from Alli is Enzo, the manager, does what he can with what he has very kindlyand he could be betterplace, but it is no longer in your hands

Unfortunately I can only give this one star. And even that is too much. For a hotel that costs €95 a night, I expect that you can darken the windows with curtains. Unfortunately it wasn't possible here. When we asked for another room, we were told that the hotel was completely booked. It's hard to believe when the small underground car park is only half full and you don't see any people in the hotel and it was very quiet the whole evening/night. Another small drawback is the faucet that doesn't really have any power even though the valves are fully turned on. For 60€ a night the hotel would be okay but not at this price! Please avoid the hotel. Underground parking also costs an additional €12. Also an impudence. Parking in the city isn't ideal either with a parking ticket etc...

Once and not again!!!One night 84 euros + 12 euros for parking, which leaves a lot to be desired in the area anyway. Breakfast, lunch or dinner are not offered. At least not locally, but on the Internet.There is also street noise and the rumbling noises from the elevator for free! The room wasn't worth the price either. Mold and cracks in the bathroom were included. The smell in the reception area is reminiscent of an old smoking bar. The people who are in the "reception hall" and sometimes "chilling" there (it was once called loitering around) are just as uninviting as they arethe service.Unfortunately, I didn't have the opportunity to go to another hotel because they were all fully booked.

Large rooms, the rest leaves a lot to be desired. Room stinks of nicotine. No breakfast even though it is advertised on the booking site. The room itself is pretty shabby and has seen its best years a long time ago. In my opinion, far too expensive for 80 euros a night. I definitely won't stay here again

My arrival was late in the evening. There was a strong smell of nicotine in the entrance area. The next day wasn't any better. This smell is intolerable at all. But 1* less. Although booked with breakfast, there was no breakfast. Corona was the explanation and at the same moment guests walked past me without masks. This is apparently tolerated 2** deduction. The single room was large and clean, the bed was comfortable, but the television was fixed at the head of the bed and the channels had to be set by the employee. That took time. The towels provided had their best years behind them. Overall, the offer didn't do justice to the price. Unfortunately I can only give 2** - for the very friendly employee who tried to make the best of the situation late in the evening.

Extremely expensive, €80, no breakfast, excuse: Corona, very basic amenities, no minibar, no coffee, etc. My recommendation: avoid the store.
