The check in hours are limited and it was difficult to reach anyone. I arrived at the time I had indicated when I booked the room. There was no one there. I did not receive any instructions from them. I tried ringing there bell numerous times. Silence. Eventually someone who lived in the building let me in. In their lobby I found a number to contact someone. I was eventually given instructions so I could leave my bags. When I returned later in the evening my bags had been transferred to my room. Because I had picked up my key from a key box I assumed that I should leave it there at the next day when I went visiting with friends. I was wrong. They need to be clear as to their rules. The location is not in the city of Oberursel and there is no convenient way to to get to the city.

Super nice aparthotel, with the most comfortable beds you could wish for. The furnishings are modern, the rooms are extremely clean and the management is particularly friendly and accommodating.Easy check in and good location.Big recommendation ☺️

We had a lovely stay at the Aparthotel Magnolia at the weekend.We were warmly welcomed directly at reception. The room we booked, including the bathroom, were clean without exception. The beds are super comfortable.We always enjoy coming to the hotel. Thank you for the lovely stay!

Everything new, exclusive, clean. No breakfast, but coffee etc. available. Extensive restaurants and supermarket within walking distance.

Very nice, modern rooms, super friendly reception. Were really happy for the price.The only drawback: the balcony runs along the entire side of the house and has no partitions or privacy screens for the individual rooms. There is some privacy missing

Not a bad hotel with good rooms in a sparsely populated area.There is no breakfast, but there is a McDonald's and a Rewe store nearby.The room has a kettle, mugs, spoons and forks and a refrigerator.The room is very clean and it is clear that the renovation was recent (June 2022).Good WiFi.Not a bad option if the hotels in Frankfurt or BAD-Homburg are sold out.

Fraudsters. They charged almost twice as much money for the room as indicated on the website. They refused to cancel the reservation and refund the money even though no one was staying in the room. I do not recommend this hotel to anyone

We booked the hotel for one night through Booking. The price for booking was 51€, but 89€ was charged from the card. I contacted Booking and they replied that only the hotel can do free cancellation. I called the hotel to say that some error had occurred and I was charged more than what was indicated on the website. To which they replied that it was not their problem. I asked them to cancel the reservation for free, since I won’t stay with them for 89 €, or let them give me a room for 51 €, the price indicated on the website. Later they told me that they had 48 hours to consider my request. After two weeks, I still did not receive an answer, the money was not returned to me. I was charged 89€ for a room in which I did not stay. All screenshots of correspondence and audio conversations with the hotel and Booking are available. I will file complaints with the relevant authorities. I do not advise anyone to deal with these scammers.

Positive: The location, the hygiene in the bathroom and the friendliness and flexibility of the employees.Unfortunately, the rooms were significantly smaller than described in booking. The large, supposedly luxury apartment with three beds and kitchen that we booked doesn't even exist there. The kitchen was incomplete. Unfortunately, the bed sheet was stained, the room smelled very bad and the neighbor's 3 huge heat pumps were unbearably loud. In addition, the rooms don't get really warm because the radiators are much too small. The bedding is designed more for small people. The ceiling was too short and narrow for me. It was cold.We wanted to stay 6 days. But after the first night we decided to leave.The employees are all friendly and accommodating. If we get our money refunded for the remaining days (600 in advance before you see the room), I will increase it to 3 stars. If not, I'll take another route. We are very disappointed and expected more based on the reviews. No offense.Update: Of course you don't want to refund the money, as other customers have already reported. Please refer to the terms and conditions. No goodwill whatsoever, therefore only 1 star. I can only advise against it.Another update: around 15 FFP masks were stolen from our room. How and why? No idea.
