Near the stationCleaning is done properly. No towel changes or room cleaning unless requested.There is no front desk, and everything is communicated via email. I felt a little anxious.To enter, receive a PIN code and enter. The box containing the room key was empty, so anyone could enter the room, so I entered the room and checked to see if anyone was there. It was a little scary.When I stayed there, there was no heating and it was so cold that I wore a coat to bed. I reported it to Booking.com and the second time I stayed there, the heating was on.In Germany, there seems to be a law regarding the temperature at which the heater can be turned on, so please abide by it.There was a small refrigerator, but when you plug it in, it turns into a freezer? It was. I couldn't find the adjustment dial, but since there was no front panel, I couldn't ask.I think it's the cleanest hotel in the city, but I feel uneasy because there's no one there.

A random choice brought me to this place. I booked a room for myself in advance, it fully corresponded to the description.Very convenient booking without hidden paid services. Comfortable bed, good repairs.Contactless registration - clear instructions with a clear indication of my actions with the received code.

Pros: close to transport, shops, cafes. The room is small but cozy with everything you need. The hotel is easy to find, because... there is a church nearby. Of the minuses: the floors are dirty, the towels have not been changed for a long time, they are leaky. The sheet has holes. There is no reception, self-arrival, so inform in advance about your arrival so as not to stand at the door (as I had to). There is no elevator. Cleaning upon request. You also cannot leave your things if the flight is late.

Modern hotel with great connections and location! Rooms were large with a balcony on a quiet street right next to the train station. Check in is done via key card and code and worked without any problems.

Rather large room for the price, very modern style.Cleanliness wasn't ideal (shower cubicle full of water stains, probably wasn't cleaned and a lot of dust, just under the bed and slightly in front of it)For the price, it's a great location (1 minute to the S Bahn) and nothing objectionable.

The hotel was initially booked for a family celebration for 8 people via booking.com. Since there were still subsequent bookings and further questions in the room, we called the hotel directly. The extra requests and subsequent bookings were not confirmed by email as agreed. There was no response to repeated telephone inquiries. Then suddenly no one could be reached by phone (on mobile or landline). We have now decided on another hotel because they also offer breakfast there upon request. There is also no contact person on site if you visit in person. Not trustworthy and recommended at all. The miserable website further confirms the impression.
