I stayed in this “hotel” for a week for my assembly.The good first: The accommodation is very centrally located. But that was it. I can't rate the hotel in terms of price because the bill went through the company.The rest was negative: the single room was incredibly small and in need of renovation. The bed is very narrow and uncomfortable, my laptop could barely fit on the desk without protruding and the TV screen was smaller than the laptop screen.It was quite hot that week and there is no way to cool the room. The insulation of the house also leaves something to be desired, so the temperature inside the room was the same as outside. At night you can sleep with the window open, but the room faces the main street.Service: this was not available. Breakfast was not offered. It felt like you were working in the service industry yourself and were getting paid to stay, as the hotel employee responded to inquiries by saying this was no longer possible because they were annoying.All in all I spent a week there. If I had been accommodated there for a second week, I would no longer have gone on Mondays. Hence 1/5

At first I was impressed by the cleanliness. The room was in perfect condition, but unfortunately the bathroom wasn't vacuumed or cleaned throughout the week, only the toilet paper was folded every day. There is also no escape plan in the rooms. I didn't notice much of the soundproofing. In the rooms (1st floor) you can understand every word the reception says, and when someone opens their room door on the same floor, you have the feeling it's your own. The doors don't close, so you always have to lock them. You can park for free, but unfortunately the entrance and the parking spaces themselves are very narrow (I wouldn't park there with an SUV). We paid 70 euros a night for the smallest room (16m2) and expected a little more.

Was here for 4 nights on business. Reservation only in writing and you will promptly be sent the terms and conditions with the cancellation fees. When you check in, you will of course pay in advance. Comfort room very simple and outdated. Consistently clean. Plastic flowers are dusted off and so are the air fresheners in every corner. Neither cozy nor warm. It's okay for just staying overnight, but the price is too expensive. Rooms very noisy. Unfortunately I didn't feel very well.

Mixed. You can hear the noise from the tiled staircase very clearly. The room door doesn't close well, the room itself is small, and so is the bathroom. The huge shower head promises a shower experience that it cannot deliver because most of the nozzles are calcified. The same applies to the massage jets. A pity. The positive thing is that there is an external blind on the window, the room can be darkened easily and you don't hear any traffic. The bed is relatively new and comfortable. Breakfast is simple, with lots of individual portions in plastic packaging.
