Room ok, but since it was above the parking lot, it was a bit noisy. There is a small restaurant in the house, highly recommended. Breakfast ok. Free shuttle to the airport, the journey took about 20 minutes.

We stayed here because we didn't want to go through the hassle of driving to the airport. The train to the flight was included in the price, so we decided to travel by train the evening before the flight. Taxi from the train station to the hotel came to €7. Early in the morning we were taken to the airport free of charge with the hotel's own shuttle. Breakfast is offered, but we didn't take advantage of it. Rooms are clean and attractive, the staff is friendly. We were very satisfied. Thanks

Renovated rooms. Located on a railway line in an industrial area. A good restaurant included. No air conditioning. There was only one fan in the room. The bathroom is small, the shower even smaller. Room was spacious. Housekeeping was diligent.Reception staff friendly and helpful.

We booked the business room for one night. Makes a nice impression at first. The pictures of the rooms also make a pleasant impression. If you take a closer look, you'll sometimes feel sick. The clone glasses definitely haven't been cleaned. Feces/urine stains and hair immediately caught your eye. The shower was also full of hair. Coffee machine was disgustingly dirty, there was a dead giant moth hanging under the window which you immediately noticed, and there was a lot of dust everywhere in the shelves that must have been there for a while.Rooms very noisy.Breakfast was okay but for the price of 17 euros you can expect more. Great location near the S-Bahn station. We didn't take advantage of the airport transfer offer, but it was great.

Room 502 urgently needs renovation. Carpeting was unreasonable, holders for toilet rolls and towels were partly hanging from the wall. Lighting conditions extremely poor. The bill from a previous guest was still in the room.

The room I got looked modern and even had a microwave and refrigerator.Points are deducted for the location and the cleanliness of the room.The hotel is located in an industrial area, so not within walking distanceFor "environmental reasons" the rooms are only cleaned upon request. Therefore, I can expect that when I first move into the room, I will find it clean and without the previous tenant's hair.But in itself a good hotel if you work nearby or have to go to Frankfurt Airport (stopover or early departure).I didn't use the restaurant in the basement.I found the “ToGo” breakfast practical. You can get a breakfast bag if you leave the hotel before breakfast starts (6:30 a.m.).

To be honest, we were totally disappointed...room smelled like rotten eggs, probably due to the drain...wallpaper is slowly peeling off the ceiling (water damage visible), mold in the dirty fridge, which didn't work anyway...Windows also need to be cleaned…Holder (toilet paper) was loose, another holder for bags was completely next to it when I entered the room, shower screen not installed correctly, etc…On the outward flight we stayed at the Best Western for a slightly cheaper price, which in our opinion was more modern, nicer and much better equipped, with a kitchenette, kettle, cutlery, dishes, small dishwasher, coffee machine, etc...In our opinion, the price of €137 for one night with breakfast is really cheeky for such an unreasonable room…When we were there at 9:20 a.m. (breakfast until 10 a.m.), some plates were already empty and were not refilled...The scrambled eggs were already cold, the waiter was busy with his cell phone and casually snacked on the buffet with his fingers 🙈…By the way, look at the sprouting weeds in the planting stones... you could also do a proper job once a year.The room was right next to the parking lot and we had noise pollution all night long.*I would like to add the following to the owner's answer:*Thank you for your reply..Even for €137, you can expect a room that doesn't have health-damaging mold in the refrigerator, which doesn't work anyway, and wallpaper that's coming off the ceiling due to water damage...the smell of rotten eggs suggests that this is room 101 It hasn't been used for a while...the rubbish from previous guests (next to the bed) would probably have been noticed if the room had been cleaned accordingly...it's also a shame that the breakfast plates weren't refilled at 9:20 a.m....which costs just under €20 / head could definitely have expected... here are just two photos of non-renovated rooms that you could expect for over 100€...

What to say... Dirty hotel room, photos attached, dirty rug in main hall, dirty bed with pieces of food from previous visitors, disgusting.Breakfast very basic, not tasty at all.On a second day of our stay, staff announced a strike so there was no breakfast.Very bad experience. Never coming back.

Unfortunately there was still hair in the room and used hygiene products in the trash can in the bathroom. Upon request at reception, the hair was removed, but the hygiene products remained in a garbage bag on the kitchenette. The beds were worn out.

Room 218 is unreasonable!!Directly above the restaurant terrace. It's louder here than when you're sitting on the terrace. Since the rooms are not air conditioned you have to open the window. The bad thing is that even after 10 p.m. there are people sitting there shouting loudly - the volume is unbearable - sleep is out of the question🥲. I complained to reception twice. The restaurant actually has to close at 10 p.m. - but orders are still taken at 9:30 p.m. and are brought to the table at 9:46 p.m. And unfortunately the terrace is not closed. It is also the only option to sit outside here at the hotel.I have videos of the indescribable screaming and bawlingSo make sure not to take a room above the restaurant terrace 😩

I was there for one night on business, overall there is nothing to complain about. Everything clean, tidy. Check in and out as well as parking facilities were good and uncomplicated.

Completely sufficient for one night, I would advise against anything else. There was strange hair in the shower cubicle. There was a deposit bottle under the kitchen line. The shower stall had water and lime deposits that probably hadn't been cleaned in a while. For 3 stars I expect a little more than rough surface cleaning.
