The Green Residence Boutique Hotel is a very enchanting place. The beautifully restored 19th century villa impresses with a very stylish and spacious atmosphere. Many original elements, such as carved wooden paneling, wooden stairs, terrazzo floors and unusual tiles create a unique vintage charm. We used the public areas for our photo shoot and found exactly the mood we were looking for for the new cloths in our CAPITANA - the finest cloth collection. The transaction was extremely friendly and professional. A very friendly and helpful contact.

I was there for a bachelorette party with 10 people.The location was great because we were close to the paintball, hot rod and hit the bachelors. We were also able to walk to the Main in the evening.The hotel is super nice and very well equipped.The service was extremely helpful and friendly! Thank you again for everything and for sending a forgotten jacket :)!

Beautiful villa, stylishly restored. Great authentic atmosphere for the 1920s costume party I was a guest at. Modern, bright roof terrace included, where we could get together for a relaxed conversation between swing performances from the live combo.The villa catapults you into a bygone era thanks to its loving and tasteful restoration and I was also impressed by the rooms to stay overnight. I had a loft room on the ground floor with a puristic steel four-poster bed and a playful canopy, my girlfriend and her husband had a sophisticated room in French Art Nouveau. I wouldn't have expected that there would be such a gem in the not particularly beautiful immediate area. However, I really liked the surrounding area the next day (5 minutes walk). We had breakfast in a brasserie on Wilhelmsplatz, the theme fit perfectly with the party. And the connection in the Rhine-Main area with 1 minute to Offenbach main station and thus the proximity to Frankfurt main station is of course also ideal.

We were there with a group of 6 people. Due to a double booking, they contacted us and offered us a nice replacement apartment.So everyone was well accommodated.The rooms were all clean and nothing was left to be desired. Check-in and check-out are very straightforward. The entire apartment is a real gem and a very well thought out concept.It's very central.Eating options are about 10 minutes away on foot and the Frankfurt Trade Fair is about 20 minutes by train.The whole stay was very nice.We'd love to come back.

Thank you for a wonderful stay!The 19th century building is a “true gem” inside and out :) and is a listed building… A truly special place. Not only were the apartments spotlessly clean, but the entire staff was extremely nice and accommodating :)

I was more than satisfied. A historic villa that has been extensively renovated. You can notice the attention to detail here and it has a great charm. There are 4 parking spaces in the yard and also an underground car park. Rental price is 15 EUR for the night. The location is great. A train station, with additional taxi, bike or scooter rentals, is right outside the door, but you can't hear it or the street. There is a kitchen available for all guests, with a microwave, stove and coffee machine. And each room has its own, modern bathroom. The beds are very comfortable and everything is clean. WiFi worked throughout the entire property at around 5000-7000 M/bits. I got a free upgrade from the host, with a whole floor to myself, which was very impressive. And you can also go to coffee shops or restaurants around the villa. The hosts also give tips on this and there is an extra map in the property where important points are shown and how quickly you need to get there by train etc. To Frankfurt train station only about 12 minutes. After 2-3 days, an invoice and an extra invoice for parking were also sent to me via email in PDF form. That's what you want.

Beautiful guest house with lots of old building charm! Last weekend I was a guest at the Green Residence and felt very comfortable. Very nicely equipped, spacious rooms, a beautiful bathroom and kitchen.Everything is very tastefully decorated.Very high quality renovated!The hosts really friendly.The staff very friendly and helpful.I will always prefer this guesthouse to a hotel.It's really something special!Thank you very much!

I stayed at the accommodation last weekend and felt very comfortable. Very well equipped room, kitchen and bathroom. Everything was very clean, tastefully and friendly furnished. Very high quality renovated. Good booking organization. Great alternative to the hotel. I'll be back!

The Residence is in a very strategic location, 2 min from the station. The staff is available, really care-full and provides useful information. The building is historical and renovated in an attentive way. My room had a very friendly price and had a wonderful canopy bed, full of light and quiet. There is also a spacious kitchen available for the guests with free coffee, tea and the possibility to cook. I recommend staying at the residence, it felt like a treat during my work stay.

We stayed here in December for a visit to Frankfurt. There were 8 of us and the apartments were perfect for our group. The room sizes were nice and having our own bathroom for each room was great. The central eating and hang out area was nice. Even though it is near a bus station, it was quiet inside the apartment. It is convenient to walk to shopping and restaurants. It is about 15 minutes to get to Frankfurt by car. Overall, we were happy with the place.

We were there on the weekend. The apartment was very nice, there were 9 of us in the attic loft in this really nice old building atmosphere. Very cool with a huge dining table where everyone can fit. The kitchen was well equipped and the beds were comfortable. The bathroom is very spacious and feels like it has been recently renovated. Unfortunately, we had very noisy tenants the first night... and if you want to open a window in the heat, you have the train station in the room... unfortunately the apartment door is a glass door, so you can't see too much privacy. The staff is very friendly and even if there are problems, they respond quickly and the service is really great. Since I caused a problem that was not billed for, I was thrilled and would be happy to come back at any time. Therefore 5 stars for this really very unusual location.

For 4 stars and this price, the accommodation is excellent in my opinion because you feel very comfortable and have a lot of space. Very centrally located - the main train station is across the street. Because of the good insulation, it is quiet. I can see that a lot of effort, time and money has already been invested in this property. Great building, great employees and the owner is very friendly.
