We spent two nights here as part of a visit to family and friends! We really enjoyed it from the moment we were greeted until we left! The room (facing the street) was bright, friendly and spacious. All of the employees we encountered were extremely friendly and helpful. The breakfast was delicious and the selection was huge. Our every wish was fulfilled there too! We'll definitely be back! Thank you very much!

Amazing hotel for our short stay in Neu-Isenburg, visiting friend who lives nearby and then travelling further down Germany to see my Mum. Location is just perfect, it is not that far from the Frankfurt Airport - you can choose taxi or bus X19 and ticket costs only 4.15 euro per person - the bus stops opposite the hotel. The hotel is located close to Neu-Isenburg train station and it is a perfect place that fits our travelling needs. The room was clean and spacious, with good quality windows. The bed was extremely comfortable with a fabulous mattress to sleep on. The staff was attentive, professional, kind and friendly. They went one mile extra, assisting with our needs.Our gratitude goes to two wonderful receptionists: Resul Suma and Anita. Thank you very much for your hospitality. You are amazing 👏 ❤️

This hotel, in a lonely location, without ambience or any charm, after having already paid two months in advance, has the audacity to collect all customer details again and to charge a security deposit in the form of the credit card.The rooms are clean and spacious. Will that be enough for the future?I hope that the focus is on the customer and their well-being in this price range too. OK. But not a recommendation.

Everything clean. Everything you need is there. Without air conditioning. Since the room faced the street, which is very busy, it was difficult to sleep in 30 degrees.Unfortunately the refrigerator was old and very loud. This needs to be modernized.

Very nice hotel for a short stay. The breakfast buffet could be better set up and there were plates and bread baskets missing from the buffet. When asked for scrambled eggs, there were, but with a bad face. Sorry, but there were three of them that morning. I would do that alone including top service.

Very nice hotel not far from the station and the stadium. Nice size room, well appointed and really very comfortable bedding.Very friendly and responsive staff. Buffet breakfast varied and replenished regularly.We are delighted with our stay

Hello hello, this hotel is a 10 minute uber or 30 minute bus away from Frankfurt Airport. It's located near a rewe and.. Not much else. The rooms are comfortable and have enough space. I would have liked a fridge or something but it's not important. The big issue I have with the Inn is the fact they charge 20 euros a day for a limited basic breakfast. And they gave my brother the Jason vorhees look when he ordered an egg. Nice hotel but don't get the breakfast. :)

The hotel is conveniently located to the highways, close to Deutsche Bank Park, within walking distance, supermarket, drugstore, snack bar, restaurant! Parking in the underground car park is no problem with a car, buses (VW bus or similar) don't fit in! Everything clean and tidy, staff nice, helpful and friendly! I can't say anything about breakfast, we didn't try it!

This hotel has a bad cancelation policy. In our case we had to cancel our holidays because my step dad has passed away and we need to stay home to support my mom. We canceled our two rooms 4 weeks in advance (this stay was on the way back from our trip) and it wasn't possible to get a reasonable refund despite the circumstances (they charged 90%). For a hotel I think this is a ridiculous policy. Luckily we have good travel insurance so it doesn't matter for us, but if this were my hotel I would have a more customer friendly policy and/or I would have waived the cancelation fee because there is plenty of time to fill those rooms again. Strange way to make money, we will not be booking with this chain again.Edit in response to the hotel: I understand that the cancelation policy affects the price but (1) I think that for a hotel the default policy should be way more lenient. You should be able to offer reasonable prices without requiring a 90% cancelation fee when canceling 4 (!) weeks in advance (2) I specifically asked for a waiver of the fee given the circumstances. We have travel insurance so it doesn't matter for us, but it would have been more gracious if you had granted it. All other places on Booking for which I requested this given our circumstances actually granted it. It's strange to act as though you "can't". Of course you can, it's a choice. Anyway, I have more important matters to attend to, I wish you good luck with your business.

Stayed here for the EURO 24.Rooms were much nicer than expected, the staff is kind and welcoming and the beds were good.A little far from the citer centre, and the bus doesn't go there directly. Also outside Electric scooter zones etc., so had to use Bolt/Uber to get back and forth.Reception wasn't always manned, but info regarding door lock was provided.

Highly recommended for the hotel category. Simple rooms that have everything you need, everything clean, friendly staff, rich breakfast and attentive staff even when it was full. Restaurants within walking distance, shopping around the corner, parking at the hotel or in the residential area - it was great for a few days of visiting the trade fair!

For just under €200 a night excluding breakfast you can definitely expect better. The pillows were full of black, long hair (absolute no-go). I then had to ask for a fresh pillowcase in the evening. One lady in particular at the breakfast buffet was super unfriendly. If I proactively ask for vegan breakfast options shortly after booking and also make sure about this the evening before after check-in, I expect this to have been set up. I was very surprised that I only received 3 vegan mortadella slices on a plate and that I was looked at strangely when I asked - I've never experienced anything like that before. If you manage to prepare scrambled eggs for guests upon request, then please be open to other diets and don't be so backwards. My first and last booking here!

Great service, whether at reception or at breakfast. If you have any concerns, you can always go straight to the staff and whatever can be done will be made possible.Clean, modern rooms, very comfortable beds, 2 different pillows...Here you can “endure” it for 2 weeks in a row including weekends.I can highly recommend the Tulip Inn Neu-Isenburg and would be happy to come back.
