We were only there for a few hours for a family celebration, the service put a lot of effort into it, the hotel is getting old and could use some renovation inside and out. The location on Müggelsee is very nice.

After making a reservation by phone, we were informed upon arrival that there was no reservation. There was no apology of any kind. Luckily there was still a room with an extra bed available. The inner courtyard looks like an abandoned place. The view of the courtyard looks the same, see photos. There was also a door open 24 hours a day. The rooms are just... not really clean. You are not allowed to look into the corners. And that runs like a common thread through the entire hotel. We would not recommend the hotel for the price of 129 euros/night for 2 adults + 1 child.

I had an extremely disappointing stay at this hotel. We booked and paid for a room for three people, but the third bed was just a regular sofa—not even a sofa bed—and we were given uncomfortable sheets to go with it. The staff didn’t even make the bed for us; we had to do it ourselves. The main bed was broken and uncomfortable, causing back pain every night. On multiple occasions, we asked the staff for an extra kit or even a pillow, but they were incredibly hostile, denying our request repeatedly. This left us very uncomfortable during the stay. The staff were overall unhelpful and rude. Over our three-day stay, they cleaned the room only once, and even then, it was just a quick sweep of the bathroom. The entire room was filthy, with dirty furniture, grimy curtains, and cobwebs everywhere. The bathroom was no better. I would not recommend this hotel to anyone.

An outdated GDR classic, obviously not much has been done since then, room dirty, shower not clean, no soaps in the dispensers, toilet lid full of patina, visually very unclean, balcony full of ash, minibar fridge completely missing, cupboards of it broken out, heating in the bathroom very dirty, in the hallway as well, lots of small construction sites, obviously they want to fix it, but it's about time!!! At least the staff was very friendly!! You can sleep there, but you don't have to, especially not for 120 euros plus a 10 euro parking fee. Breakfast was ok, glass for orange juice was nibbled....risk of cutting

When you get there, it doesn't seem very inviting! Not like a hotel, more like a workers' accommodation! The lobby is ok, the reception staff friendly! Then you're surprised by the high parking fees, €10 I thought was outrageous and that for hotel guests! The room is ok in size, the bathroom is relatively new, but you still have to practice cleaning! The toilet had urine stone edges on the inside and the brush had probably been taken over by the previous owner! Overall the hotel is very dingy! The breakfast room, on the other hand, was great, the staff was friendly, the food was rich, you could get everything your heart desired!The price for the overnight stay is definitely not justified!

The staff is really great. The hotel is getting old and the price is not justified. Building materials are stored in the stairwell, the balconies are very rocky and the lake view is obscured by trees at an additional cost. Was a guest here for the second time but this time was really disappointed with the lake view.

Positive: Friendly reception. Located directly on the lake, with a beautiful beer garden and outdoor areas. Well suited for larger events as many meeting rooms and hotel rooms are available. The restaurant buffet is appealing, the breakfast buffet is ok. The hotel room bathroom is nicely modernized, but without a rain shower.Negative: A musty smell in the hotel room that didn't go away even with extensive ventilation. Somewhat worn room furnishings. Only a single working elevator for floors with 50+ rooms. Reachable by public transport, but difficult.Conclusion: The location on the lake is a plus, otherwise there are better locations.

Impossible! Dirty! Two days seminar. We gave our boss sweets at the end of the day on the first day, which she left in the seminar room, but the next morning they were gone. There was a spider hanging from the ceiling on the first day in the room... Still on the second day... Windows dirty... Bowling alley only open on Fridays... Makes sense if the conference center wants to do something in the evening. Beer garden open during the day, closed in the evening??? Disgusting! Food was good, good thing we didn't know what it looked like there.

A somewhat outdated hotel with very great staff. Rooms were okay, but the bathroom in particular could do with a renovation. The corridors and conference rooms are visually past their prime, but serve their purpose without any restrictions. Great location by the lake, great staff and very, very good food.

The hotel wasn't great before either. The service is very employee dependent. The location is very nice on the lake and it is well set up for large events where guests do not need their own WiFi.Unfortunately, after Corona, the hotel didn't improve but got worse.Wi-Fi is only available in a few rooms; many guests prefer to use the lobby.Dirty room with the trash and hair of the previous guests. No refilled soap etc.Sockets in the room only partially functional.The room reservation promised in writing was not kept and a change of hotel was estimated at 90% of the costs.At least there was a halfway adequate replacement room.Employees just shrug their shoulders.Update 2024:Unfortunately no change.This time there was no functioning toilet flush (couldn't be repaired either). The bed is sagging and extremely squeaky (at least the roommates think you're having the best sex of your life every time you turn around at night ;) ) and unfortunately instead of a reserved lake view there's only a forest view.

A wonderful hotel right on the water, everything is clean, Ana's massage service is particularly noteworthy, she is a top professional with specialist knowledge. Also particularly special is the hotel's own restaurant, very good and attentive staff, food from the menu or buffet is simply great and of the highest quality.Thank you.
