The hotel is located in a quiet area, has a lot of green space and fresh air. The staff was kind and very helpful. Spacious rooms. From there you get to frankfurt very quickly (30-40 minutes). Nearby there is a local hypermarket and a bakery with many extraordinary goodies.It is definitely a place where I would return, if given the opportunity in the future.

Excellent hotel with excellent serviceI spent two nights at the Fairn Square Hotel with my girlfriend and am extremely satisfied with our stay. The rooms were spotlessly clean and very well maintained, which contributes to a pleasant feel-good factor. Particularly noteworthy is the modern key system: Instead of the usual key card, everything is conveniently controlled via an app with which you can also control all functions in the room, such as lighting and temperature.The room itself was very spacious, including a large kitchen that was ideally equipped. We were particularly pleasantly surprised by the high-quality mattress, which ensured excellent sleeping comfort.Additionally, we enjoyed a professional massage performed by staff member Zena. Her massage technique was excellent and very soothing - she really understands her craft.The staff overall was extremely friendly and helpful. Each of our concerns was treated with great attention and professionalism. Another highlight was the culinary offerings provided via vending machines - everything was very fresh and tasty.The infrastructure is also excellent. There are plenty of parking spaces and even charging stations for electric cars, which is a big advantage, especially for environmentally conscious travelers.I can fully recommend this hotel and am already looking forward to my next stay.

Clean and nice hotel, or rather apartment hotel. The electronic check-in takes a little getting used to, but it's really simple. If you check-in on the hotel's own booking portal, you can simply enter the pin on the entrance door and you're done - the room pin is identical.The rooms are a nice size, clean and functionally well furnished. A kitchenette with full! Equipment completes the facility - brilliant! Almost a one-room vacation apartment.The homepage could use a revision, because unfortunately it doesn't live up to the otherwise good standard. Our booking almost failed because of the homepage. The surroundings may not necessarily correspond to an upscale location, but we would book this hotel again at any time.

Everything was super clean and nicely decorated!I had a room with a nice terrace.The bathroom was really great, spacious and also extremely clean.But my absolute highlight was the staff!!I was helped there with things that are actually absolutely not part of the hotel business.Thank you again for this :-)If I'm in the area again I will 100% stay at this hotel!!

We traveled with our family, including our one-year-old daughter, and had requested a baby cot in advance. Unfortunately we didn't find a baby bed on site. Instead of a double bed, there were only single beds that we had to push together.The room was also not very clean. My husband had to sweep the floor with a hand brush at 11pm so that our daughter could walk around safely the next morning. The bathroom was also unsatisfactory: there was hair everywhere and there was dirt and toothpaste residue in the sink.Unfortunately, since we had a late check-in, we were unable to contact anyone about changing rooms.We hope that you will take these points into account in the future to ensure other guests have a more pleasant stay.

On our road trip we also stopped in Darmstadt and looked for a nice hotel. We saw Das.Fair'n Square by chance and booked it straight away. The owner-managed hotel is super new and up to date with the latest digital technology. The rooms are clean and spacious. After checking in online, the outside and room doors can be opened with a pin code or via the app. Free parking and coffee are also available. Even the coffee machine can be controlled via your smartphone. The owner is super friendly and always looks after his guests and is also available for a little chat. I can only warmly recommend the hotel to you.

It's a little outside of Darmtadt. Still got through to the customer in a traffic jam in the morning.Hotel has great rooms, breakfast can be put together individually. Everything was great.There are charging stations for fully electric and hybrid vehicles in the parking lot in front of the hotel. The fully electric one had permanent parking space and the other was occupied by diesel sprinters. I had bad luck with my hybrid.The operator can't do anything about the ignorance of customers and guests.I like to come back there when I'm in Darmstadt.LG from Ruhla
