This place was absolutely terrible. Even if your room is available before check-in, you have to pay 50€ if you want to check in early. After we checked in, we found the room to be very warm. I turned the thermostat down to a cooler setting and turned the fan up. After an hour had passed and it was still unbearably warm in the room, I checked these reviews to see if other people had had a problem with the temperature or if this was a one-off case. Turns out, if you search these reviews for "hot" or "air conditioner," you will see many complaints about how hot the rooms are. In one review, someone said they asked for a fan, and that helped. I called the front desk and said it was very hot in my room and asked if they had a fan I could use. The woman at reception told me I could make my room cooler by turning on my air conditioner. I said, yes I know and I had turned it down over an hour ago and it was still very hot, and that I had now seen reviews where this was a common complaint, so I assumed it was likely not going to get any better. Her response was that they can only cool to the German standard of 16 degrees, not to the "American standard." I don't know if she has ever been to American, but our "standard" is more like 22-23 degrees, so this was just a silly gaslighting comment. As if my room air conditioner was blowing out at 16c and I was still complaining. What a ridiculous thing to say, especially when there have been so many complaints before mine. I find this dishonesty incredibly rude. They also have one of those weighted minibars where if you remove anything, you are immediately charged, meaning you can not use the minibar to cool your own items.I hope I never have to stay at the Frankfurt airport again, but if I do, I will stay anywhere other than the Hilton.Be aware that the Hilton and the Hikton Garden Inn are different, though right next to each other. I did read one review where someone had said their room in the Hilton was so hot that they left and booked a new room at the Hilton Garden Inn, and reported that the ac worked wonderfully there. I can't verify that of course, but if you specifically need to stay at a Hilton because you have points or something, better to take a chance on the Garden Inn. I myself will be avoiding all Hilton properties, and have learned my lesson to always search "air conditioner" or "hot" on google and tripadvisor reviews when looking to book a room in the future.

Super clean, neat, comfort, modern looking property and very friendly reception staff. Room is a little small but it is fully equipped including Nespresso coffee machine. Long distance train station is just a level below and superb convenient.

It's a ridiculous hotel. There are almost no service and room needs solutions. There were no slippers, bathrobes or bathroom equipment in the room, so let me tell you that much. There are thousands of witnesses to saying Hilton, his name is Hilton. There was only an espresso machine in the room, fortunately, but no capsules :)))Breakfast was average, food was okay. Drinks were good. But there wasn't much variety of food.It has no advantage other than being in the airport. I can't recommend it, so look at the hotels next to it and the ones next to it, compare their services and then decide. If he doesn't want to say "Oh, I stayed at the Hilton", you know.

Architecturally great hotel, in a second skin, so to speak, which absolutely insulates the traffic noise from ICE trains, motorways and air traffic. You can't hear anything even though you're surrounded by traffic.Reception excellent, quick check-in, friendly staff.Rooms easily accessible via a glass elevator, well equipped with minibar, ironing station, kettle, coffee machine. Bathtub and shower. Daily towel change. Breakfast with choice of egg dishes, various cold cuts, yoghurt, fruit salad, changing sausages, regional dishes with Frankfurt green sauce. Tea and coffee house selection.Gladly again, although the parking garage is very expensive.

The room was excellent and clean, the location of the hotel is also excellent. However, due to my hasty checkout, I neglected to look in the closet again and noticed the following day that I had left a dark blue jacket, a light blue shirt and a pair of beige trousers hanging there. When I contacted the hotel, I was told that only the trousers had been found, while there was no trace of the jacket and shirt. Unfortunately, not much attention was paid to my loss. This is particularly annoying because I also left a generous tip for the cleaner. One should expect that hotel rooms are not public areas and that it is clear who has access. Please be careful not to forget any personal items in the room - the hotel seems to have limited interest in keeping them.

The hotel is conveniently located near Terminal 1 of Frankfurt Airport. I stayed in an interior room, which was adequately clean but nothing special. The check-in staff seemed a bit impatient. I would stay again solely for the convenience.

The purest catastrophe. I don't know how many times my husband and I have stayed there. Were on September 19th. with our 3 month old son. 10 p.m. and they only wanted to give us a triple room with separate beds. In principle, a double room with an extra bed or just a double room would not work because there are 3 of us. Wow. Simply unbelievable. Apparently for security reasons. When I asked: "And if the little one falls off the single bed because it's too narrow for us?", the only response was "I don't know, that's just for safety reasons".I thought senior customer advisors were there to take responsibility and be able to assess situations well. The hotel could also simply put robots or machines there. They would deliver the same performance.

After a long-haul flight we finally arrived at Frankfurt airport. We landed at Terminal 1 but had to go to Terminal 2.It was very busy, so we finally got a shuttle bus almost 2 hours after landing. When we arrived at Terminal 2 we had to look for the hotel. It felt like an eternity.Now that we know the location, it will be easier to find in the future.Overall, the room was clean, the service was great and the breakfast was A1.Gladly again…

This is hands down one of the best airport hotels I’ve stayed at globally! Its prime location—right above the train station and just a short, sheltered walk from the terminal makes it incredibly convenient. Plus, it sits on an exit right on the autobahn, so in no time, you can hop in your ride and be speeding toward downtown at 120 km/h. The hotel’s striking architectural design means many rooms feature distinct layouts, adding a fun and fresh element to each stay. The rooms themselves are modern, well-appointed, and always comfortable. The staff consistently delivers top-tier service, exuding professionalism and warmth at every turn. Last winter, when the entire airport was thrown into chaos by a storm, stepping into the Hilton Frankfurt Airport felt like entering an oasis of calm and serenity. I only wish I had more layovers in Frankfurt, just to experience this exceptional hotel more often!
