We were here for a wedding. The service staff did a really great job. They were always and everywhere and always fulfilled the wishes with a smile and a good mood.As a trained chef, I can only say that the food was really tasty and well prepared. However, I would personally recommend warm onesTo take a plate with the main course.It was very cold that day and the plates looked as if they had just been in cold storage.However, that is the only thing I can point out here.Please keep it up. It's fun to watch such a motivated team at work. 👍🏻

Very close to the highway. Was great for our stopover home from Tuscany. Very nice staff! The food is amazing! Really good! If you don't eat here, it's your own fault. The rooms are well furnished and everything is clean! Perfect!

The hotel is getting old. The carpet in the room is also older.The furniture is thrown together.Getting into the shower is adventurous.

We had already married here in May 2023 and had a mega wedding. Steffen and his team do everything possible to ensure you have a great wedding! Here the guest is the focus! The food is exceptionally good. Here everyone prepares their own bread dumplings and sauces and you can taste it too. The buffet is gigantic. Price-performance is unbeatable!The hotel is completely available for the couple and the wedding guests.Steffen is brilliant, keeps his word, knows how weddings work and stood in our basement bar until 4 a.m. celebrating with us.I would be happy if I were invited to a wedding here at some point as a guest.

We celebrated our wedding at the Hotel am Schloss and it was perfect!The entire team did a great job and made this great day possible for us.The food was unbeatable and nothing was missing.When we were looking for a suitable location, we immediately felt comfortable and knew that we wanted to celebrate there.The location stood out above all for its serenity and family atmosphere, and the price/performance ratio was also unbeatable.We are still over the moon about making this choice :)

Great location close to the autobahn.Nice settings and a cosy original German-like restaurant.Very good service.We spent a night as a family in one room up under the roof which was very warm🥵

We stayed here on the way back from Italy.Rooms very clean, but without air conditioning on the 2nd floor.Really very warm.There is an open-air stage right next door and it was impossible to sleep until 12 o'clock because of the noise and the heat.Breakfast buffet very decent. Dinner really tasty.Service wonderful.All in all really good.

As guests of a wedding reception, we spent a few nights in the hotel. The staff is consistently great, always friendly and helpful and still in a good mood even in the heat and stress. The food was excellent, both à la carte and the buffet at the festival! You'll be happy to come back here!

Hotel near the A7. It is in a quiet part of Illertissen. Nice staff, very polite. To the nearest restaurants in town, it is about 7 minutes to walk. Delicious bread for breakfast. Also yoghurt with some cereals is possible. I liked the atmosphere of the restaurant and building.The only thing that I didnt like were the beds. The mattress was a little bit to hard in my opinion.

Nice little hotel. Close to the motorway, but still very quiet. Our room on the ground floor was large and had direct access to the garden. The bathroom was clean. However, the shower is a bit difficult for those with physical disabilities. Dinner in the attached restaurant was very good. We would definitely like to come back.
