Hotel consists of old and new buildings. Some renovations would be necessary for the old building. Sealed carpets on the stairs and stools that are falling apart. Unfortunately I left something behind and didn't get it anymore. Of course it's my fault but of course it doesn't make a good impression on me.

Room quite small.Very loud.No A/C - unbearable in summer.Breakfast ok - not more. If you come late, you run the risk of not getting anything.Staff with clear understanding gaps in the German language.

Everything is great. Check-in was only until 10 p.m. and our room card was left at the reception. Room clean, breakfast delicious. Never experienced better or cheaper.

The hotel is getting quite old and needs extensive modernization.We had problems with the beds because the mattresses were far too soft. Otherwise, the room was ok for our three nights, despite the very small TV.In my opinion the bathroom was original from the early 80s. The taps were shaky and calcified, the holder for the shower head was broken. Mold in many joints and corners prevented you from really feeling comfortable. I can't say whether this is the case throughout the entire hotel or whether we were just unlucky with the room.The only thing that saved the third star was the breakfast room because it was acceptable and clean. In principle there was nothing wrong with the breakfast either. The selection was sufficient and of very good quality, with the exception of the canned fruit salad. But there was also good, fresh fruit.There are enough parking spaces for cars and bicycles, all of which are monitored by cameras. The parking spaces for bicycles are located in the inner courtyard and are covered.All in all, we will choose a different hotel next time, even if it is a little more expensive.

First room directly on the street on the ground floor. Impossible to open a window in the heat. At least there was a fan. The floor and table have been glued. On the second day we were given a room on the 2nd floor - without a fan. Wheelchair accessible? The elevator was broken when we arrived and wasn't working when we left.Breakfast room: far too small and too narrow for the crowd and hot as no window could be opened here either.The buffet was sufficient.At least the staff was very polite.

So I was there with my husband and friends for 2 days and I have to say it wasn't the rice breakfast was well, cheese was already dry, orange juice was too sweet and warm. Barely seen staff. Room was way too warm, bathroom was way too small and the ventilation didn't work at all. And the air conditioning was only a small fan, but it was still very good. So we won't go there anymore.

It's a shame that it can't be given less than 1 star...So the hotel didn't meet my wishes and the dates given at all and that's why I left on August 8th instead of August 10th, 2024.I had to do business things on the PC, but this wasn't possible because the wifi didn't work, which is the first thing that is described in your ad and doesn't correspond to the truth. Then everything in the shower was full of mold. Spider webs everywhere. There were only 2 programs on the TV. The mattress under the paint was yellow and had urine stains on it. No refrigerator, no air conditioning, the room was way too hot. I have never experienced anything like this and am expecting compensation for this absolutely unacceptable room.

We arrived as a couple. The hotel is currently full. However, a bit sad. This hotel is getting old. The elevator is broken, even though you have to go to the 3rd floor from the back entrance. The staff also struggles with this. The rooms have been 75% newly renovated. No air conditioning. The fan in the bathroom urgently needs to be cleaned. Our room didn't cool down. For breakfast, a narrow area. 7 people if standing there. Is the area filled? Selection fits. Something for everyone. You have to ask again and again whether dishes etc. can be refilled. No smiling face or good morning. Nothing. Somehow rather sad. We would like to come back for one night. But not for several nights.

This was our second time here. Price wise. The staff is friendly and helpful. Everything is very clean. Breakfast was sufficient and had a good selection.After we stayed in area "B" the first time, this time we stayed in house "A". This house seems to be getting a bit old. No possibility to take the elevator. And the fittings in the bathroom are just functional, but completely inadequate for a hotel in this price range.

Stayed in this hotel for one night.The staff was very nice and tried hard.Everything at the reception looked very modern, which unfortunately isn't reflected in many of the rooms. Room size was ok, bathroom was a complete disaster, mold in the joints, faucet and shower all full of limescale stains and not clean. If white towels and bed linen, they should be stain-free and without holes. The shower gel shelf was hanging down because screws were missing.I don't know why there are shared toilets, but if they're already open, they should be clean! I've never experienced anything like that in an inn and we're often at the lake.The rooms were so extremely warm that you had to leave the fan on all night to be able to sleep.No sleep on the terrace for smokers.Price/performance unfortunately very poor and not something we would recommend. Something should urgently be done to the facility... we are very disappointed... there were six of us in 4 rooms and the same picture everywhere.A lot of mattresses are stored behind tarpaulins in the open parking garage. What is the question here?Breakfast nothing special. Canned fruit... all very bland.

We decided at short notice to spend 2 days on Lake Constance and booked it here.The first impression was good. The check in took very long.The room is a bit old. The bathroom has been newly renovated and is functional...there is no way to put anything away.Our room was on the ground floor, so it was noisy from the street and it was just way too warm in the room. There was a fan in the room, but the loud noise from the fan was annoying when sleeping.The cleanliness...in our room was at a used pace.Breakfast was served from 7 a.m....which is good if you're traveling with a small child.The website entices with an extensive breakfast. It was ok, but we expected more. There were 2 types of rolls, sausage and cheese, scrambled eggs (a little too dry on both days), boiled eggs (cooked so hard that it was already blue)Overall, the breakfast buffet area is too small. Anyone who comes later has to wait a long time.The breakfast room is bright and modern. But please don't look behind the bench by the window. See photos.All we can say is that 2 days here was enough.

Booked as a stopover to Italy. Family room. In the basement. Long room with very soft mattresses, window facing the street, no A/C, but a fan. Appropriate. Breakfast ok for the price for four

There is no service in this hotel at all. Receptionists do not know they duties and pay no attention on your asks and requests. We booked a room for 3 person, and asked bedclothes for the third person. We turned to Receptionist 2 or 3 times (!) Finally when we came back to the hotel for night (at 00:00), we were really shocked, we should call to the top manager because we still did not have bed linen and blanket. We wasted a lot of time and nerves. We payed for a basic things and basic service but did not receive even that. Rooms and personal are not ready for check-in and for guests in general. Never advise you this place. We were upset and disappointed.
