The place is super nice just like it the photos. The staff is friendly and try their best. Some services listed on their website like yoga classes are not available. However, if you are not a morning person, I am not recommending this as there are lots of noisy roosters and a temple nearby.

The place is really nice, but the restaurant doesn't work well in my opinion.
We need to order the breakfast one day in advance, even this on our last morning we had to wait one hour to have the food in the table.

I regretted to not have seen the reviews before. No electricity at all for all night and day, toilet doesn’t flush either, NO AC.the Host doesn’t even bother to reply to our messages ( from all guests ) obviously no one mentioned any sort of refund.LOUD rooster just next to the rooms, I guess a Muslim priest sings in the middle of the night very loud. It’s horrible to pay an expensive room and not even being able to sleep, use the ac, flush the toilet and wash your face.

Place is lovely, room nice but unfortunately has a rodent problem. Sound of rats/mice at night and mess in morning left behind from them. Staff were very nice though. Charged 35k for an 'extra' coffee at breakfast that was a 2k nescafe instant sachet coffee. Sadly just a case of a greedy private owner!

A quiet and comfortable place to stay, located in Penarungan Mengwi. There are 2 types of villas, public and private, and there is a swimming pool for public and private. The room atmosphere is romantic with a room model like a rice barn at the edge of the room. There are also lots of trees and flower plants. Apart from that, there are also paintings on the walls. which is suitable for us to take photos. If we want to stay overnight, we can stay at this villa. Apart from the affordable room prices, the employees are also friendly and the atmosphere of the villa is cool.

Photos on booking website looked super romantic and nice, however it was dissapointing honestly. The bedroom part of the room looked really nice and is decorated with minimal wooden bali style decorations, the bathroom was okay. However do not forget it is still a wooden cabin at the end of the day, not properly isolated, which honestly is the biggest issue. I understand we are in nature, tropical climate and there are small animals outside. I have no issue with a lizard walking on a wall. However what i do have a issue with is when the animals are able to get into your room/cabin. The first day we noticed lizard poop in the bathtub, later on some rat poop around. The second day even more rat poop around the whole bathroom and one of my thing even ended up on the floor the next morning, obviously because some small animal was running around. The staff was informed about that, however the only thing they will do for you is to clean the poop. It does not really change anything since the next day the poop will be there again. Rats running around is a health-concerning problem for me.The tiles around the pool were a bit broken, our doors were broken as well a bit, making it harder to close and lock it. Again in between the floor and door there was a 5mm space, easy for small animals to enter the room.The food at the hotel was kinda bad, lower than average. Coffee only the sweet Nescafe small packages.The hotel is really far away from everything, far away from the main Ubud area, taking you approx an hour by car or scooter to get to some attractions, restaurants or local shopping.I am really dissapointed by this stay mainly for the hygienic reasons, it was a bitter experience for us.

Pretty terrible experience in Bali, the villa was cute designed, but what you could expect is a far away from anywhere, which close to no foods, no much attractions places.More over, the food from hotel were careless prepared, not well cooked even compared with local small restaurants. the staff working here tried to help but hard to communicate and understand the questions, room smells bad due to the toilet design and bad maintenance , mess management plus terrible location… try to avoid!

Pool was slimy, breakfast was abysmal. There was literally no one and they took so much time to get us eggs. The coffee arrived unfiltered. The bikes on rent are overpriced (3 times over normal rent rates). They charge for ice! It was quite a mood kill.

The location is too far from the town 20-30 minutes . You have to rent the car or scooter. Breakfast is not buffet you can order just one, even drink. If you want to do activities in Ubud. i recommend to stay in the town.
