You just have to feel comfortable with Kerstin and Jürgen. A fantastic house with a perfect view over Lake Constance. A beautiful garden with a terrace. Super nice hosts and an amazing breakfast. We'll definitely come back.Kind regards 🙋♂️Nicole and Alex

We placed a request to book the bnb, a full introduction (like requested) was given. After this they cancled our request because i forgot to mention we are non smokers.We just wanted a place to sleep so we could discover the beautifull area of the Bodensee.We are not sure if the delay (5h due work) on the 'non-smoke' question was the reason of cancelation or that we were 2 men.Communication was done by us on English while they stick to Deutsch

Great villa, great ambience, great large garden to relax.We were able to "inaugurate" the newly designed photography room and have rarely slept as well outside of the hotel as we did here.The breakfast buffet was great and with a lot of choice.The hosts are very nice and friendly.Everything was great, we will definitely come back again!Thank you for everything!Greetings from Dieter and Petra

I was at the Friedrichshafen trade fair with my girlfriend a year ago and booked a room in this 'villa'.In my opinion it's not a villa but a normal house.We were also told that the trade fair nearby was almost within walking distance, which unfortunately wasn't the case.The house itself is well maintained, the breakfast was good. However, the steps to our room were a disaster with luggage and were almost impossible to manage.We won't be booking there again!!

We spent three wonderful days in the villa. The Schmidt family are wonderful hosts, the villa is an oasis of peace. The rooms and their furnishings are upscale. The daily breakfast buffet was a delight. Highly Recommended.

If you are looking for a home away from home this is it. A fantastic breakfast (too much to eat, fresh fruits, boiled egg, home made jam) great and super friendly people, always helpful. Quiet place to stay, very clean. Free WIFI. A bit further from the city centre - about 5 minutes by car.
