Absolutely unprofessional!We had a holiday apartment on the Müritz that couldn't be surpassed in terms of unhygiene and uncleanliness, it was disgusting.We moved to another holiday apartment the next day. K&K had the audacity to put this dirty and moldy holiday apartment back online on the same day in order to fool more tourists (after all, mold can't be cleaned away just like that).Our second holiday apartment only had cold water and, according to the caretaker, this apartment was not yet ready for use, but the main thing is that the money flows.Be sure to keep your distance!!!

Clean little apartment. It really fit well. The only suggestion for improvement: Instead of a microwave, consider using a mini oven. Then you also have something to bake little things. E.g. Pizza or rolls. The microwave is otherwise useless because you rarely heat anything up, at least that's how it was for us.

Absolutely dubious company. Collaboration with corrupt owners. We were placed in a garbage dump (holiday apartment) that couldn't be surpassed in terms of unhygiene. After that there were only excuses and no satisfactory solution. Last but not least, we bear double costs. An indictment!!

We had the apartment Hafenblick A16:A beautiful, modern and very well-equipped holiday apartment, with a large terrace and a fantastic view of the marina in Waren. By the way, finally blinds on the windows, which I missed in many other holiday apartments. And then electric too. Friendly service, clean apartment and a very pleasant booking process made the package complete. Thank you!

Spacious, bright apartment with high-quality furnishings. Quiet location and a dream with a dog because it's within walking distance to the dog beach. We were able to easily swap the beach chair for one on the dog beach.We booked the apartment again in the summer and are already looking forward to it!I still have two negative points: the mattresses (spring core) are not back-friendly and are very soft. Furthermore, the private channels (HD+) are not available. The only chance is to find her at position 276.

We rented the Leonie holiday apartment in Waren/Müritz in the Hafenresidenz for 4 nights.The apartment and the location are great. The weather was also great.Unfortunately, points have to be deducted because we have repeatedly pointed out the dirty terrace and the eyesore of the fly screen door, which is standing damaged on the terrace.According to statements from residents/owners of the house, this has been the case for around three months.They acted as if it was reported for the first time. But a quick walk around the corner and a check on your part to see what the managed holiday apartment looks like could have opened your eyes.Also look at the pots. You don't want to cook anything in it anymore.They wrote an apology. Thank you, it arrived. Maybe it would be more pleasant for us if they had waived the dog cleaning fee.Given the dirty condition of the entire terrace, especially the fly screen bags and the rails, it is no wonder that the expensive, high-quality doors have to break.I'll publish pictures for you too. Everyone can rate for themselves how often cleaning was done.Best regardsFrank Benkwitz

We had our holiday apartment in the aparthotel in Zingst. Unfortunately, no attention was paid to cleanliness or service. It is also not clear to us why a holiday apartment where pets are allowed necessarily has carpet laid?Because unnecessary dirt accumulates and in spring / summer the rooms are heated up. Since the final cleaning with a dog has to be paid twice and with a surcharge, it wasn't even clean when we moved in.Some household appliances are getting old, as are unsuitable dishes (small cups, broken toaster). Killed insects stuck to the wall.What would be nice if there was an insect screen on the balcony door.We also noticed that the facility is not exactly barrier-free. The hallway doors do not have a door opener. This is also not an option for offered luggage racks if you have to squeeze through the door.Unfortunately, the service is never on site, but "only" the caretaker who handles the concerns and is responsible for everything.Overall, the facility is getting old. And you certainly don't live in a quiet environment if you live in the middle of the promenade. The underground car park is numbered awkwardly, there are numbers on the key chain that cannot be assigned at all.For a price of over €1200 you are definitely used to better.

The apartment is furnished with so much love and is simply an absolute dream with the sauna and whirlpool. The kitchen is well equipped and everything is super clean and cozy. Definitely coming back.

We rented the Muschelremise in Waren for a few days. The apartment was very comfortable, well equipped and had everything you need for a few days vacation. We found a few cobwebs in some corners and the bathroom door didn't close. Since we had only booked 4 nights and were traveling during the day, we didn't want to call to have the problem fixed. This should have been checked beforehand when cleaning.Unfortunately, the journey was also very bumpy as there was no precise information in advance about the additional parking space booked for the car. We had to call twice to find the somewhat remote parking lot. We were able to park the bikes in the backyard, but unfortunately the entrance was very narrow, making it very difficult to push the bikes through.The location is excellent, everything was within walking distance.Basically, we had a lovely holiday in Waren and were able to arrive and depart earlier thanks to the contactless key handover.
