Staff great, location very nice, breakfast perfect!However, there wasn't a night where I could sleep peacefully: either the exhaust system in the basement was annoying and they apparently forgot to decouple it from the building or/and the noise from the other rooms was difficult to bear.The ceilings sound as if they were two centimeters of concrete with linoleum - you can hear every step. Unfortunately, conversations from neighboring rooms can also be clearly heard.Honestly, if you like it quiet you should look elsewhere.

Very good hotel. Nice hosts, nice rooms. The garden with its own jetty for swimming in the lake was great. We felt very comfortable.

A great hotel, with a beautiful garden, very nice staff and a great breakfast.Perfect to relax for a few days, enjoy the peace and quiet and explore activities in the area.We stayed there for 4 nights as a couple to unwind a little and explore the area by boat and bike.The hotel and the rooms are modern and you have everything you need.The breakfast was really great. Everything you need to start the day.The staff was always super friendly.In the evening you could end the day romantically on the jetty.We really enjoyed the few days and can recommend the hotel.

A beautiful old villa with wonderful lakeside property. The staff is without exception friendly, attentive and strives to provide a varied breakfast. Unfortunately the rooms are not worth the price. There are no fly screens on the balcony doors, the corners of the shower door are covered in very unsightly limescale, the lampshades are stained, the sink drain smells extremely unpleasant and the mattresses in the double bed have different heights, so that cuddling with your loved one becomes an illusion.But the worst thing is that it was impossible to sleep through the night or sleep in for 7 days because the ceilings are so noisy and apparently have no impact sound insulation that every step could be heard and, if we didn't do that, it would keep us from sleeping it was the kitchen's exhaust system that started running promptly at 7:00 a.m. And I can't remember the last time I came home from vacation feeling so stressed. Really a shame and extremely annoying.

We were thrilled again. Breakfast was very good and plentiful. Room with a view of the garden and lake was simply great. Big compliments to the staff, always nice and helpful 😊👍

A very nice little hotel. The rooms are very clean and tastefully decorated.The staff are very polite and accommodating. The breakfast was very tasty, sufficient and varied. The hotel has a beautifully landscaped garden which leads directly to a lake. Parking spaces are available in the rehabilitation clinic's underground car park (approx. 20 m away) and should be reserved in advance.

We stayed in this beautiful hotel for 1 week in May. Everything was well maintained and very friendly staff. Everything was just right. The lake view rooms are very comfortable. I can recommend it 100%.

A very nice run hotel, the staff are very polite and accommodating, breakfast was very tasty, sufficient and varied. The hotel has a beautifully landscaped garden which leads directly to the water on a footbridge. Rooms were very clean and tastefully decorated.

We spent very nice days in a great house. Very tasty breakfast and very nice employees! A fantastic location on the edge of Malchow. Ideal as a starting point for bike tours.

Hotel with a beautiful garden and jetty, just to relax. The only thing we didn't think was ok were the drinks in the fridge with a trusted cash register. Since there are additional refrigerators for the rooms on each floor, we bought our own drinks.It's also a shame that the beautiful restaurant is only used for breakfast.The staff is very nice, every wish is fulfilled.

We had the pleasure of spending four days at this wonderful lakeside hotel and I can safely say it was an unforgettable experience. From the breathtaking views to the attentive staff, every aspect of my stay exceeded my expectations.The location of the hotel is simply magical. The calm waters of the lake stretch out in front of you while the surrounding nature creates a peaceful backdrop. My room's balcony provided a perfect place to spend the morning hours with a cup of coffee and enjoy the sunset in absolute peace.The rooms themselves were tastefully decorated and exuded a pleasant atmosphere. The view of the lake was not only possible from the window, but also directly from the balcony, which made the stay even more special. Unfortunately, the beds were a bit too soft for our taste, but the cleanliness of the room was impeccable.Lying in bed and hearing NOTHING AT ALL is possible here without any problem.A highlight of the hotel was definitely its own bathing jetty!The staff deserves special recognition. From the receptionist to the cleaning staff to the restaurant staff (all in one person!) - she was extremely accommodating and friendly and managed to create a warm and familiar atmosphere that made our stay even more enjoyable. Every request was answered promptly and with a smile, which clearly underlines the quality of service of this hotel.The hotel's own "restaurant" surprised us positively with a varied breakfast buffet in the morning, rich and offering something for every taste. The presentation demonstrated the attention to detail.In summary, I can only warmly recommend this hotel. Whether for a romantic getaway or a relaxing retreat, this hotel offers everything you could wish for. The lake view, private jetty, comfortable rooms and friendly staff make it a real gem. My stay here will certainly not be my last!
