We stayed in the Orangery for 5 nights, which we found very good because it meant we didn't have to walk long distances to the SPA and breakfast room. The food ala carte is very tasty with a very manageable menu. The SPA area is great 😊 and was a main reason for us to choose this hotel.Breakfast was also delicious. I missed salmon, which unfortunately was only available on Sunday. The location of the castle also scores points and there is something almost sublime about driving towards the illuminated castle in the evening.A big weak point is definitely the extremely weak WiFi. You fly out regularly and have to reconnect every 15 minutes. In our room 215/216 the bathtub button needed to be replaced. It only switches to the shower hose when the water pressure is very strong. In my opinion, this wastes water unnecessarily because I didn't want such a strong jet.

First of all, to Mr. Demmerle, are your answers always produced with the same wording using AI? "I regret... or good overall impression".The overall impression alone is not enough to avoid having to treat many of the defects listed seriously. It is an upscale hotel. I allow myself to have certain expectations. Yes, there were two very, very good experiences. However, they don't eliminate all the negative things. And this doesn’t create a good overall impression! The gentleman's reception on October 24, 2024 was really good and professional. Likewise, Ms. Sö's wellness treatment...The HP was a disaster in terms of service. Although everything except drinks should be known and prepared/organized, you wait almost an hour for the main course. Incomprehensible. We come from the catering industry. Incomprehensible. Guests are not served in the order in which they arrive and finish earlier than those of us who arrived earlier. "Potatoes" for catering were pre-peeled, preserved, vacuum-packed, the shell created by chemicals prevented it from being cut through. Criticism of the waiter brought no word of apology or compensation. I found the potatoes inedible. Didn't touch her. The rolls early are a disaster. Cheapest cost of goods sold, like scrambled eggs from a tetra pack. Have many hotels. But your hotel with this standard? Should offer more quality. We had a room above the open breakfast room. From 6:00 a.m. it got loud. It would have been possible to be a little quieter during its preparation. The smell of our room then turned into a bakery. Very uncomfortable. The toilets down the spiral staircase looked like they did the night before. Totally dirty. Other hotels clean these before the guests' possible early visit. Room cleaning here means emptying the trash can. Unclear. To put it bluntly: the negative experiences outweigh the negatives. For a hotel like this there are unwritten rules about what is not allowed. For example, that without an overview and plan, the service at the HP either runs around or stands around or puts away glasses instead of serving drinks. It was already criticized some time ago. But it hasn't changed

The best thing was the breakfast. The sauna is also great. The swimming pool is in need of some renovation. The breakfast lady is an angel, the kitchen staff also say good morning.Additional bookings worked really well. However, the WiFi is very bad, you should think about using an amplifier. The hotel is located directly on the Müritz and offers a great view, going for a walk is very relaxing. We were very satisfied.

The furnishings in the rooms seem to come from the GDR. Bathtub as a shower. The fabric of the rattan seating is totally worn out and thin. You're practically sitting on wood. But the staff is great. Always friendly and nice.

A few more tips for the SPA department:The remote-controlled infusion can only be heard but not felt. The hotel's bathrobes should be identifiable, e.g. a badge with room number. The tea bar should be better equipped, storage for used tea bags and used cups and teaspoons are missing.

Crime dinners are regularly held at Klink Castle. You can stop there for a meal and also visit the spa area. I haven't stayed overnight there yet.

Mixed experiences at the Schlosshotel Klink – great wellness, disappointing rooms and serviceWe spent from October 1st. until 04.10. three nights in the Schlosshotel Klink. Our stay included breakfast, half board twice and two spa treatments per person. There were two of us in total. While our stay offered some highlights, there were unfortunately also some disappointments.A positive highlight is the wellness area, which is really beautifully designed and well equipped. The area is spacious and comfortable, with a varied selection of treatments and even an outdoor area. This part of the hotel really impressed us and is definitely a strength of the hotel. The breakfast buffet was also positive. It was rich, was regularly refilled and even towards the end of breakfast the selection was still sufficient. We found that very commendable.Unfortunately, we were very disappointed with the service at dinner in the Ritterkeller. Even though we had to choose our menu the night before, it took over an hour for the main course to be served. The service was poor overall, with employees often standing around and paying little attention to the guests. It wasn't particularly crowded, but you were rarely asked if you wanted something more to drink. There is definitely room for improvement here. The room also left a lot to be desired. It seemed shabby and carelessly furnished. The shower curtain was yellowed, the tiles in the bathroom were partially chipped and the bed had a frame that was also badly yellowed. It wasn't dirty, but the condition of the facility was simply outdated and in need of renovation. Overall, the room was in a condition that did not do justice to the price of 1,200 euros for two people and three nights with the services mentioned. The hotel has a beautiful location and the building from the outside makes a very good impression. Unfortunately, the inner workings do not keep this promise. The rooms and the service in the restaurant in particular leave a lot to be desired. Unfortunately, given the value for money and the overall mixed experience, we would not recommend the hotel in this condition. It's a real shame because the castle hotel has great potential, which unfortunately isn't being exploited.K.
