Only guests. I indicated that we didn't really like music in the garden, but the boss himself wanted it. But you should take the guests into account, especially if they are the only ones. Outdoor area is poor. Reading some of the operators' responses to critical comments gives you some insight catch your breath.I myself work in the service sector with guests, it is essential to remain polite towards the guests.Private opinions have no place here!Impossible.Looked today, the hotel is now closed..... surprising???It's a shame, it's a fantastic house in a wonderful location, hopefully there'll be a good investor there

We went on holiday in Quedlinburg on New Year's Eve. We booked a New Year's Eve gala at the Stubenberg Hotel. We entered the hotel with joyful anticipation. We were not greeted by an unfriendly person. We took our table. We ordered drinks and the waitress was on duty the first day and the drinks were on the table and on our clothes ouch. The buffet was underground. Then the DJ had no idea about music, so we had a nice drink on New Year's Eve for €130aU

When looking at the building from the driveway, we were harshly expelled from the premises. So our interest in this accommodation has dropped to zero.

We were there for the second time with 4 motorcycles. We really liked it so much that we are going there again in October 22nd. Henry and his staff are very nice and helpful and always have an easy-going saying. …

First and LAST visitThe location is actually quite nice if you could do something with it.It may have been renovated in 2011, but it was totally heartless and is now in poor condition again. There is dust everywhere, cobwebs, windows that are always left uncleaned, everything is unkempt.Room was large, simply furnished but dusty and uncomfortable bed.In our opinion it deserves a maximum of 2 stars. Many corners are already run down and untidy, there are leftovers from the previous barbecue lying around, that was really disgusting. There was broken furniture, construction debris and hand tools lying around in the garage and grill hut, all pretty random and disorganized.Unfortunately, the staff is also quite unprofessional, sometimes unkempt and quickly annoyed if there is something that needs to be clarified. For example, our shower cubicle was broken and of course no one took care of it.We found the prices for the drinks to be too expensive, which is something we know differently from other similar accommodations. The breakfast was ok, the food at the evening (buffet) was very simple and poorly seasoned. A bit of rice, noodles, some strange run-of-the-mill vegetables with sauce, ready-made meat and fish, probably frozen, indefinable dessert glasses. The grilling was ok, but even then only very simple products were used. What shouldn't be allowed are dogs running around between the guests while they're eating. There are also people with allergies or panic fears, think about it.Fall protection with cable ties and open power boxes where it can rain in are also not possible. All in all, we found the total cost of the stay to be too expensive and we will not visit this place again and cannot recommend it.*Now there will probably be another answer from the staff with some kind of excuse, but I'm happy to ignore that, because that's my objective opinion, which is backed up with pictures.*
