The room was nice and clean! The sofa kept sliding forward when you sat on it, but it worked fine.Eating the same thing over and over again, and canteen food! The resort itself is okay, but it's a disgrace that you have to pay for everything at that price. We won't be coming back!

We stayed at the Robinson Club Fleesensee for 11 days. Like all Robinson Clubs I know, the club has a beautiful garden area, planted with fruit trees and wild meadows, in addition to the usual lawns for sunbathing. There are several sports facilities, a playground and two pools on site. There are also felt to be enough loungers on the premises and on the beach. The building was built in half-timbered style and isModern and clean inside. Our room was large and modernly furnished.About our experiences:- The club has a large car park with free parking spaces and 4 charging stations, there are also 4 charging stations on the village market square, unfortunately you can only pay with a checking account or a guest card.- Oh, by the way, there is a champagne reception, but not for everyone, we came on Saturday afternoon and the door was opened for us after 3 minutes. Of course we were also helped with our luggage, but that's standard. You should treat all guests equally and offer a drink voucher to small groups, families or those traveling alone.- Our son was included in the contract, but there was no cot in the room and he wasn't on the check-in documents either. The cot was brought to us about 30 minutes later after a complaint.- On the day of arrival we found dirt under the bed, the only chair in the room was unusable because the backrest was/is loose and the shower fitting was/is leaking. Although the room was subsequently cleaned after a complaint, the chair was only replaced five days later, upon further request.- The restaurant is very good and the food is varied, but the service staff is absolutely sluggish and doesn't care about dirty tables or even the dishes. Different waitresses walk through their area on several days and see that you have set up a table that is still dirty and let the guests clean the table, really no service! About 50% of our stay there was an improvement.Dinner is also annoying, so many guests reserved their table so that some of those who remained had to play travel to Jerusalem. This is unnecessary stress on vacation. There is porridge for babies and children's cutlery for children in general.- Another point about a German club is that everyone understands, there is the 62 year old chef who tells his colleague about the big world but doesn't want to go to Africa because of the Africans or the two chefs who "quarrel" with each other. that the guests are already embarrassed.- The Fleesensee is beautiful, but the club doesn't take enough care of the beach, children find cigarettes and plastic when sanding. Environmental protection? Thank God I know this differently from Robinson.- The staff is friendly, helpful and competent, but there are contradictory statements, e.g. the shuttle bus sometimes costs money and sometimes not.- As is already known from other clubs, you can reserve a stroller in advance, but unfortunately ours had to be cleaned first. I don't know that either.-The two pools are fine, but there are no sports pools, but there is no lifeguard like in Club Apulia and please be careful wearing bathing shoes, it is slippery. In addition, some tiles are broken and there is a risk of injury.- Unfortunately, the staff often specifically asks you about your origin when it's not obvious, which seemed kind of strange to us. 1. Answer from us “Region in Germany”. Answer from staff: And originally? 2nd answer from us “Country”. We've been asked about this in other clubs, but after the first answer, the other person was actually happy.- There is WiFi, but it wasn't good in our room. All in all, you can relax, but unfortunately you have to leave Germany to really relax. We didn't get the Robinson Club feeling because technically almost everything was fine, but the smile was often missing.

Anyone who likes club holidays will feel comfortable. Crowds of people. No ACC in the room. Service, reception and food, however, very good selection. Buffet in the morning rich and tasty.

Actually a very good club, but I had a very unpleasant experience with a very large group in the Robinson Club. They behaved so badly and the club management did nothing about it. Very unfortunate.

Super friendly staff who are always there for you. The food = first class. About 1/2 hour to the lake. I can't confirm what others have written, e.g. waiting times and beating at the buffet. The club is definitely family-friendly. This can't be a problem. You know what you are booking. I'm excited to see what changes after the expansion and renovation. Definitely always worth a vacation. Thumbs up
