We have been going to Georgshöhe at least once a year for 15 years. When we get there it's like coming home. We enjoy the peace and quiet, the great view, the lovingly furnished rooms, the warm welcome, the always friendly staff and the wonderful breakfast. This is prepared with a lot of love. Recently only vegetarian and vegan options, but everyone can find something for breakfast. The selection is very extensive. Our dog was always very welcome. We'll be back in January. The Forsthaus Georgshöhe is always worth a trip.

We spent a weekend in the nature dream Georgshöhe. The employees are totally friendly and accommodating. The terrain is beautiful and you can start hiking straight from the front door. The room was very clean and the breakfast was great (lots of homemade stuff). The only negative point for us was the very squeaky bed, which unfortunately meant we didn't sleep well. Otherwise a really nice hotel ♡

Our stay at the Pension Naturtraum Georgshöhe was simply fantastic! The arrival went smoothly and you immediately feel welcome. The location is perfect for nature lovers - you are surrounded by beautiful nature and enjoy wonderful peace and quiet.The rooms are furnished with great attention to detail and offer a warm, cozy atmosphere. The service is first class - the staff is professional, extremely friendly and always willing to listen. A solution is found immediately for every concern.The rich breakfast is particularly noteworthy. Although it is primarily designed for vegans and vegetarians, there is an impressive selection that truly caters for all tastes. Everything fresh and prepared with love!We were completely satisfied and can only recommend the guesthouse. We'll definitely be back!

Beautiful. We're glad we went there. Super quiet, great accommodation, lived in a log cabin. The view is unique, the breakfast is world class, almost everything is homemade. I recommend the peanut butter and the white chocolate cream with coconut👍 and the girls who work there are super nice and very helpful. Thank you for everything.

In the middle of the forest and in absolute peace you can find a place where you can completely relax and be provided with good organic products. Such a nature weekend with Maria is unique and highly recommended.Are you looking for relaxation?Through yoga, singing bowls in combination with meditation, would you like to receive impulses that open up a different perspective for you?Maria accompanies you lovingly and with a lot of experience. We spent 4 days in the natural dream Georgshöhe. It was absolutely fantastic. The breakfast is really really good and very varied. It is also vegan and/or vegetarian. The property is absolutely beautiful and there is pure nature everywhere. The employees are super nice and very helpful. We are really excited and were able to recharge our batteries for a few days. The Naturtraum Georgshöhe is located in the middle of the forest and offers a beautiful view of the valley. You have an absolutely great property there.But there are two negative points.First point:We weren't quite prepared for stuffed animals hanging here and there or individual pieces of furniture being covered with deer skin. We lacked information on the online site, as this can also be a deterrent. There was a book in the room that explained everything (chasing the parents' past). In the pictures you only saw antlers, which we found quite unpleasant. As I said, an online description would have been good. Otherwise there is the balance of the super beautiful nature.Second point:Almost everything was taken into account, vegan, vegetarian, nature, ecology, peace, etcUnfortunately, the topic of cigarette smoking was not included or considered. We had the problem of not being able to ventilate several times because of the cigarette smoke. We would like it if an extra smoking area could be made and smoking was prohibited everywhere. That would be a real relaxation for many. Especially in the log cabin we saw that other holidaymakers were smoking on the balcony, which was really unpleasant. So an extra smoking area would be really good. We couldn't ventilate properly in the Harzerhaus, which is a bit stupid given the heat in the room. We have adjusted the ventilation. Then it went.If we had addressed everything, we believe we would have found a solution together with the owners. We just didn't want any conflict and just wanted to enjoy the peace and nature. We were also on the road almost all day. Therefore this is not meant in a bad way. The review is intended to provide information only.Nevertheless, we will come back. The nature and the joyfulness are really awesome. Thank you for all the great impressions.

Simply wonderful and perfect for switching off. The hostess is a treasure, the vegetarian breakfast (even for carnivores) is incredibly delicious! We would love to come back. Absolute recommendation!

Unusual! Here you will find peace and relaxation, located in the middle of the forest. An incredibly delicious breakfast with homemade jams, spreads, honey from the honeycomb, and you won't find any sausage (but it wasn't necessary). Friendly staff and rustic room. 5 Stars!

Holiday with a difference, away from the usual offerings in the Harz region. Individual, cozy, heavenly peace in the middle of the forest, in short highly recommended. We spent five relaxing days in the log cabin in May. The staff are extremely accommodating, very friendly and respond to the guests' wishes. A fine breakfast buffet with homemade spreads and lots of homemade ingredients gives you a good start to the day. Our expectations were exceeded. This is a place full of closeness to nature, with nature and hospitality. A place of peace shines in the middle of nature. We were warmly welcomed between a former hunting lodge and rustic log cabins, as if we were part of the family. The rooms are modern, but furnished with a lot of rustic log cabin charm. On the walls there are some real trophies from ancient times. For the dogs (we have 2 large ones) bowls, paw towels, treats and bowls in the room. The breakfast, vegetarian/vegan, leaves no wish unfulfilled.Ideally located for hikers, as all the sights can be walked directly from the house. In an emergency, you can also take the gondola to the Hexentanzplatz for the return journey.

An incredibly beautiful place, a wonderful guesthouse in the middle of silence, perfect for slowing down, lots of fabulous hiking opportunities and warm hospitality. It is perfect and leaves nothing to be desired. The breakfast is mostly homemade with delicious spreads. The rooms are extremely comfortable.

A truly magical place!We were there for 3 nights and will be back! The breakfast, which as a man I was very skeptical about (vegetarian, vegan), WAS simply amazing, great spreads, homemade cheese, muesli, jams and so on, a real dream!
