Location of the hotel very good. The room faces the courtyard, very quiet. Everything was very well maintained and clean. For breakfast there were 2 types of rolls, sausage, cheese and jam. Coffee and tea.

Our family traveled in Germany for 3+ weeks and our stay at Hotel Tilia was our favorite stay. Everything was great. The rooms are comfortable and kept cool during a heat wave. The location is a short (and beautiful) walk from all that historic Quedlinburg has to offer. The hotel itself is in buildings from the 17th and 18th centuries that have been fully renovated with updated rooms. But the highlight was the superior service the hotel’s owners , Dirk and Andrea, provided. They were both so welcoming and made every effort to insure that our stay was perfect. If you’ve not been to Quedlinburg, you must visit. And when you do, book a room at the Tilia!!

Lots of good reviews but our impression was still mixed. Worth mentioning is the good location on the edge of the old town (although without parking) and the friendly owners who welcome the guests. The guest house (it is not a hotel as the name suggests) has a number of newly furnished rooms that face the street or the inner courtyard. The rooms are clean, but cheap and only furnished with the bare essentials; the quality of the foam mattresses in the beds does not live up to the standards of the house. When the house is full, the breakfast room is very cramped, the small selection and the quality of the food is almost embarrassing. It's also fitting that there is only coffee from the pot; you then have to get the cappuccino or espresso in one of the nice cafes in the town. If the double room costs just under €200 during Advent, that leaves a bad aftertaste. Given the unsatisfactory price-performance ratio, 2 stars, otherwise it would be three.

Perfect to end a hike to Harzer Hexenstieg in beautiful Quedlinburg. The accommodation is wonderfully located just a few minutes between the city center and the train station. The hosts are very accommodating, the communication in advance was exemplary, even the aspect that we arrived outside of check-in was made possible beforehand in a friendly manner by phone. All in all very good and friendly service. Overall, very cozy and perfectly located for a stroll through the city.
