If you need peace and quiet, it's nice here at Lake Arendsee. At Wildgans you can enjoy home-style food that tastes good, large enough portions at reasonable prices. Local food is also offered.What could be added would be fresh coffee milk on the breakfast table. But we liked everything.

Even shortly before the kitchen closed, we were warmly welcomed and served in the restaurant. There was a solid and delicious meal in a pleasant and well-kept atmosphere. Thanks

As a motorcyclist, I chose the guesthouse on Arendsee recommended by Tourenfahrer magazine and had an excellent overnight stay. Very friendly staff and very good breakfast. I'd love to come back

Unfortunately you can't give 0 stars. Absolutely not recommended... Ordered a table both times, arrived within the time limit both times, and both times our table was given to other guests. The waiter/manager definitely failed in his job and should get off his high horse.In the Seestern restaurant a few hundred meters away, we received a very friendly welcome and the food was also extremely good.In short... save yourself this disappointment and have a nice day somewhere else.

Unfortunately you can't give 0 stars! We have rarely been treated so unkindly. If you want to feel completely unwelcome as a guest, then you've come to the right place! In the neighboring Seestern, however, we felt very well looked after.

Unfortunately, I cannot recommend this restaurant in good conscience. The dishes were not well seasoned and unfortunately the meat died twice. I find this completely self-evident, first-name approach to customers absolutely terrible. There are nicer restaurants in the area.

I think the pictures speak for themselves. Room was not clean upon arrival. 2 nights, no room cleaning. Unfriendly.Breakfast...horrible. Hunger drove it in.

The food was OK but nothing special. The menu is clear, but you can hardly find any regional specialties. Unfortunately, the zander fillet was no better than from the supermarket. What was particularly disappointing was the unfriendly manner of the boss, which spoiled the entire dining experience. The service tried hard, but couldn't help the bad mood. We will look for alternatives at Arendsee in the future.

The waiter missed his job!He simply ignored the task of entertaining his “guests”! After we were ignored for 20 minutes and other guests who came after us had already drunk half of their drinks, we went on our way! In the restaurant "Seestern" 50m away everything was good 👍 nice service good food good tips. I would tell the waiter "put 6"practice again!

Almost everything is reserved - what the owner intends to do with it remains his secret. He probably wants to regulate the number of guests. Still managed to get a spot in the empty outdoor area. At 4 p.m. the cake and the vendace were gone. Rest was good, female service was nice.

Unfortunately you have to give one star, actually there isn't a single one!!!!!We had reserved a table in advance with 4 people (+small dog). When we arrived, we were told - upon request - that we could sit inside, which I declined because the terrace was completely free and I had already said on the phone when we made the reservation that we would like to sit outside. It had rained in the morning that day, but when we arrived at midday it was dry! The waiter told us in an extremely harsh tone that we could sit outside, but in the “dog corner”! This area has no umbrellas……which meant everything (including the stacked seat cushions) was totally wet! The waiter went on to say in an extremely rude manner that we could “forget that he was drying it now, since it was definitely going to rain again anyway”!!! Since the entire terrace was empty, I asked for a table under the umbrellas as it had stayed dry during the rain shower. The (now expected) answer was “No!”This gentleman is a gastronomic and business disaster! Nobody treats guests like that! Moreover:We were there last year and when I asked if I could get some lemon with the schnitzel, the answer was “Lemon only goes with the fish!” and it stayed that way! It was this gentleman too!The preparation of the food back then and the resulting taste experience were not worth mentioning!A year later, new attempt - maybe something has changed...?!FAILURE! However, this time we went, no one has to go through something like that!!!! We then had a very tasty meal at SEEPFERDCHEN a few hundred meters away with extremely friendly service.

We were also only there for dinner and everyone can decide for themselves whether a simple schnitzel with cauliflower costs €18.90.Personally, I found it clearly too expensive for a simple beer garden on the street and for a simple schnitzel.
