The road to the hotel is not lit in the dark. 3 stars are totally excessive here (to get that, a lot is missing; not just in the room) Breakfast is always the same. I don't take photos!

We left early...Unfortunately, also because of the staff. It can't be the case that when you ask friendly questions you get rude answers or are even ignored. At breakfast, the things from the buffet were left for a longer time (uncooled), which were served again the next day, or there was nothing left at 9 a.m. and no more was refilled. There was no one to be seen during the day...In the evening we preferred to eat somewhere else where we got better service. (Which wasn't because of the food.)Then you came into the lobby and the employees were sitting on the sofa chatting and eating. We would have liked to drink something more, but we didn't get any more...Unfortunately, you don't get your money back because of poor service. The one star in service is saved by the young man who welcomed us and was there on the first evening. We would have wanted him for the whole time."The young man with his artificial fingernails" 😉💅It's a shame, because the hotel really has potential. It is in a quiet location and has lots of nice little details, which make it look very tasteful.

In and of itself you really can't say anything about the surrounding area. But if you go there for business, you should look for something else. No reception at all or the WiFi works poorly. …

Addendum August 27th: we checked out and the lady at the reception was very friendly. Something like that should also be mentioned in the interests of fairness. She also seemed very competent, and the young woman at breakfast was also friendly.Basic assessment: The staff is unreasonable. When I checked in, three room cards didn't work and I had to walk to the reception desk from the attic each time. The woman there was actually quite nice, but she had only been there for 2 weeks. After the third time, another colleague finally arrived, for whom it was all too much effort. In any case, he seemed very annoyed. It's incredibly bold of us to want to go to our room after hours of driving. There's always someone shuffling around here in the morning who you don't really know if he belongs to the hotel and looks like a zombie. Rooms with laundry etc. are wide open, it's not really clean. But the staff has a little party right next door almost every evening. Even another hotel guest stood here in the hallway and wanted to complain - but they didn't respond to the knock on the "office door". So I had to shoot at the wall of the room so that they could check something. Bottomless impudence, such staff. I'm okay with noise at a hostel, but not if we have to pay over €300 for a few nights. Never again.

The staff is overwhelmed or indifferent. The tables will be cleaned and cleared upon request. The breakfast buffet is ok, but if the time is 8 a.m. to 10 a.m. everything should be available. At 8:30 a.m. everything is empty and it stays that way. The rooms were ok, but were not cleaned, room cleaning was supposedly daily from 10 a.m. Nobody really knew the answer to that either. The ambience is beautiful, as is the location. The price-performance ratio is unreasonable. It's also incredibly loud with the music playing 24/7.We won't be coming back to the hotel.

Unfortunately we cannot give any further points. The entire staff, which doesn't speak German.Rooms weren't cleaned at all during that time, no beds were made. The garbage was not disposed of!The kitchen staff heard loud music that could be heard in the room. Give until at least 11 p.mThere was no variety at breakfast and on the first day it was empty in many places and not refilled.Doesn't work at all.It was the first and last time

No, just no.Don't be fooled by good reviews or the internet pictures. The rooms were dirty, musty and there was even mold in the bathroom. It hasn't been cleaned for a long time, and there was toothpaste from our previous tenants on a toothbrush cup. There are generally no pictures of the bathrooms, they are really run down. Our room wasn't even cleaned in between and the garbage wasn't taken out either.Rooms that you shouldn't be able to see into, such as the laundry room or the laundry room, were open all the time and they smelled just as musty and disgusting. The rolls from breakfast were from the day before, everything was torn and the tables were cleared in between but not wiped down.We had also booked tickets for the Bodethal Therme, one had already been redeemed and one ticket had expired - how can that be?! That's just called a rip-off.The chefs listened to loud music and sang along - you could also hear them in the rooms. The staff was friendly but also overwhelmed. When the complaint was made there was only laughter but no questions were asked. If you really want to have a nice few days, then you better not book this hotel.
