Beautiful complex in a quiet location with nature on the doorstep. I found the breakfast very good, parking is no problem and the spa area is impressive along its entire length. I also liked the access to the lake.The room was OK, but the furnishings seemed to vary a lot.

I have been one of many regular guests in the restaurant and wellness area for a long time. I regret to say that construction progress for the new wellness area is progressing slowly. The outdoor area, upper lawn, is slowly deteriorating and is no longer maintained. The sun protection systems there are very unclean due to dust and leaves. The sauna area is still very nice, but the panoramic sauna is always set too hot, only continuous infusions make it more pleasant. Unfortunately, the infusion agent is not always refilled either.It is also a shame that the use of the wellness area is restricted for external guests from Monday to Thursday.It's easy to sit in the restaurant and on the terrace, the food on offer is very good and the kitchen prepares delicious food.I hope for myself and for other guests that the deficiencies mentioned will be remedied as soon as possible.See you again soon

The 3-star hotel surprised us positively. The location is quiet. The rooms are sufficiently large, modern with new beds and good pillows. The bathroom is separated with a real door, tiny but newly renovated. The spa area also looks newly modernized, inviting and sufficiently large. The outdoor area is still under construction. The restaurant is in a separate building. The dining room and terrace are cozy and the service is attentive. The food is OK (but not more).Room for improvement: The hotel grounds, reception and stairwells have the charm of a youth hostel from the 80s.

After 5 years we treated ourselves to a long weekend - it was a nightmare - once and never again. Room: no air conditioning, floor and wardrobe crack extremely, bathroom very small, so small that you get the door in the side when you brush your teeth and our window was broken. Rooms facing the main street are noisy during the week. Surroundings: Walks possible, mini golf course no longer has any markings on it, pedal boats outdated, one had a hole in the middle (drink holder) and the water sprayed up. The beach is not a beach, very steep and only about 4 meters wide, the water quality is more like a pond. Food / Service: We booked a buffet, disgusting, not a gram of seasoning, dried out, no sauce, probably prepared in the morning, in the main building and not in the restaurant - Alacarte tastes excellent, 80% of the staff are great and accommodating, the rest are cheeky and cheeky , no communication possible - because I don't speak German. Wellness: Outdoor pool is still being built, relaxation room above the restaurant - no peace and quiet, fitness room under the roof - at 30 degrees I fled after 10 minutes. - never again -

I stayed at the Bernstein Acamed Resort for two nights almost two weeks ago. My comfort single room was a bit small, but very clean and modernly furnished. The staff at the reception is very friendly, helpful and willing to answer any questions you may have. The food is served buffet style in a separate restaurant and is of good quality. If you want to eat outside when the weather is nice, you must leave the dishes you have used on a trolley provided at the entrance to the restaurant. Depending on the service employees present, the clearing is sometimes quick, sometimes very slow, so that sometimes real swarms of wasps formed. The quick refilling of the food was also very dependent on the staff, sometimes you even had to speak to the staff because you obviously couldn't see what was missing on your own.A big compliment goes to the beautifully designed wellness area.The massage I booked and had with Mr. Janßen more than met my expectations. I have rarely had such a soothing and intensive massage - high praise.The beach at Schachtsee is also very nice, but nobody cares about the loungers and beach chairs lying all over the place (some of them are full of sand from previous users).Final conclusion: Beautiful location of the resort, modern, clean rooms, some very nice, helpful and considerate employees (there is a lot of room for improvement here). The buffet was varied and tasty.Absolutely positive: the spa area with Mr. Janßen.The beach area also has untapped potential.All in all, it was a lovely two days with wonderful weather.

Only stayed at the resort for two nights. We went swimming in the lake, went hiking and treated ourselves to a massage from Mr. Janßen. Was the best massage in a long time. We'd love to come back.
