Very nice rooms, high quality impression. Spacious bathroom.Nice staff. Late check-in possible.Hotel directly opposite the Ameos Clinic. The location itself wasn't nice, but it was still ideal for me because I wanted to visit the clinic to see a sick person. So I was able to see it over two days.All in all, the hotel is highly recommended.

Nice modern hotel on the outskirts (20 minutes walk to the center).Quite large rooms, very friendly staff, good breakfast. Air-conditioned.There is no (working) heating. Only the air conditioning provides heat. Since it only runs when someone is in the room, it quickly becomes clammy and damp in damp weather.There is no elevator! Unfortunately, guests with luggage or limited mobility are out of luck.The WiFi is too slow even for the bare essentials. Welcome to the past..

Hotel room completely unclean, bed not made, shower was still wet... so you could assume that whoever was in there sleeping... disgusting...Service not available...Not recommendedVery disappointing for the money

It's better not to book at the moment! Like other reviewers, I also found myself standing in front of a closed door and no one could be reached. Not a coincidence, but apparently standard. The booking provider also didn't reach anyone and moved us to a much nicer hotel.Hands off, this will save you all a lot of stress!

It's entirely possible that it was an exception and I was just unlucky. Nevertheless, it simply cannot be the case that the reception is not occupied at 7:00 p.m. (even though the hotel description clearly states that the reception should be occupied until 8:00 p.m.) and you are standing in front of a locked door and cannot check in. The telephone number provided could not be reached. After an hour of helplessness, the booking portal moved me to another hotel. Absolutely disappointing experience.

The most important thing in advance: the rooms are very clean!!! The hotel generally looks very tidy. Breakfast is rather sporadic, but sufficient. You can tell that there isn't a huge flow in the hotel, as breakfast uses packaged products, some of which have already exceeded their best before date...The hotel does not have an elevator. Hotel therefore not barrier-free...There is no staffed reception - room access is via a key box at the entrance.Location: the hotel is located opposite the Halberstadt Clinic and is a direct neighbor of a large funeral home. The cross on the house facade above the hotel entrance is strange. In combination with the neighboring funeral home it seems very strange...CONCLUSION:The hotel has nothing at all to do with a 4-star hotel elsewhere, but as an overnight accommodation (e.g. during a business trip) it is definitely OK.

Excellent hotel. Just arrived home from a 2 night stay with family. Very clean rooms. With all amenities.Lovely helpful staff. Great location. Close to everything . Would recommend the breakfast. A great choice of food and drink. We were even given a small gift on checkout.

Clean and tidy hotel.Staff nice and accommodating. Large and bright rooms.Only negative points:Unfortunately no coffee in the roomBed (my personal taste) too soft.Otherwise I can really recommend it.

We were here for a family celebration. The hotel is very nice, stylishly furnished. Unfortunately, all we received was a phone number and a key in the key safe, and that was on a Saturday afternoon. The breakfast buffet and the very nice lady who took care of everything made up for it the next morning. One downside remained, the parking space is a matter of luck.

Breakfast was ok, unfortunately there was nothing hot. The remote control for the television is a disgrace; when you turn it up/down, the TV simply switches off. Otherwise there wasn't much to complain about :)

The rooms are worth their full 4 stars. The rooms are very spacious, very clean with fridge and air conditioning. The reception is hardly or not at all staffed. A real drawback is the breakfast. Rolls are at least 1-2 days old and have only been baked. For 4 stars I expect at least some scrambled eggs, ham or something similar. If you arrive very late, the light rolls and cold cuts are already sold out.
