Well-kept accommodation in a former train station building. Very clean holiday apartment with all the necessary inventory. Attentive and friendly staff, breakfast (good selection) can be booked as well. Centrally located, the thermal baths (entrance tickets can be purchased directly here and cheaper) and some restaurants are within walking distance. Train traffic could be disruptive, earplugs are available on the bedside table. Unfortunately not suitable for wheelchair users.Addendum v. August 27, 2024: Unlike before, pets are no longer allowed.

Nice train station!Simply well prepared!Why are the other train stations on the Berlin-Hamburg route so crowded???Deutsche Bahn should be ashamed of allowing the train stations on one of the busiest routes in Germany to deteriorate like this!!!Maybe we should also hold the municipalities and the federal states responsible!!!But maybe something will change as part of the general renovation of the route!

Quickly to the Kristall Therme. Rooms are very nice and clean. Kitchen appliances are available and a refrigerator. There are earplugs for the night and beds are comfortable. Train noise is bearable. …

Very nicely converted old train station building. The service on site is very good and friendly! There were answers to all questions and despite the lack of staff, the guest always came first. The rooms are equipped with everything you need for a short vacation. We had a room with an extra bedroom (without a door), which faced the train station. The train passage was actually a little too loud for us, but with the Oropax provided, it was okay.

This place is quite unique just because of its location in a former train station building.In addition, the 3 tracks in front of it are still in full operation and trains are constantly rushing past.ICE at 200 km/h.So definitely not for a longer stay.A must for railway freaks.Then be sure to book the apartments next to the tracks!Which, by the way, are extremely modern and functionally equipped.A recommendation of a different class!

Everything new, clean and very well maintained. Nice people. Day and night, various trains rush past that are barely audible. Depending on the size, you can notice the vibrations. It's just a train station! Good connection by bus and train, bikes can be rented on site using the app.
