I only rate the restaurant here:The standard is quite high with 4 stars. The selection of dishes, the setting of the tables and the entire ambience seem to follow this standard.We were a family group of 10 and had the same beautiful table one day and several meals. The negative impressions began when we were asked to go to the café and order our food for the evening. The kitchen wants it that way. Ok, although the restaurant offers a la carte. Well, you have to study the evening's menu with your coffee. But instead of taking the order, an A4 sheet of paper was put down and you had to enter the order there. So we filled out, like an attendance list for parents' evening. Some still couldn't decide and wanted to place an order for dinner. Understandable.In the evening the waiter said that there were still orders missing and that some of them had not yet entered the list. And here it comes: the waitress seriously insisted on adding the requests to the list instead of including them with the drinks. I've never experienced anything like this! Here too, the kitchen wants it that way. Mind you, the hotel has 4 stars and the restaurant has quite high standards.It's more of a side note that the side dish of fries for a hefty €5 was too little and too cold, the dressing was forgotten for the salad nest and generally the service (availability of the waiter) left a lot to be desired.

Nice hotel in a nice location. Room clean, bed comfortable, nice facilities to feel good. Breakfast, rich buffet. Location directly at Wörlitzer Park.

Positive: location and furniture, very friendly staff.Breakfast: too few staff to maintain the buffet. It's a shame but understandable, it's ok and can be corrected in the long term, although it's far from 4 stars. The same applies to the cleaning: "they didn't enter any cleaning today" - again, even with 2 stars I was expected that the room would be checked once a day. At 4 the bed will definitely be made.But then unfortunately the big hit is that the guests are no longer allowed to sit in the hotel at night and they send the guests out the door - while a wedding is going on and everything is open anyway - an absolute no go. We buy drinks from you and then have to get out of the lobby and bar, out the door or into our room like we're on a school trip. It would be great to be able to use one of the many free spaces in all the hotel areas as guests.

We celebrated our wedding here with almost 45 people on July 24thThe entire planning process with Mr. Richter was very pleasant and easy; he made time for us at many appointments.The free wedding ceremony in the boathouse was nice, also because of the proximity to the Wörlitzer Hof, where some of our guests had their rooms. The meal in menu form was very tasty and was very well received. The service manager, Ms. S., is really a soul.Unfortunately, there are also points of criticism, because the fact that a wedding also involves music should also be clear as a venue and from 10 p.m. onwards the volume in the room was said. You should know that when planning and be prepared to implement it. Unfortunately, the gentleman from the service was more absent than present, which was good for us as a bride and groom and the bill, but in order to order a new drink you had to be patient. Some of the table decorations (candles and tea lights) were lit by our guests themselves until I, as the bride, specifically asked the service to do this. Our honeymoon suite was nice and clean, but extremely warm and without fly screens, making it hard to live in.When asked by our guests, positive feedback predominated, although everyone found the room prices too overpriced for the facilities on offer

We celebrated our wedding here with 50 guests. The service was awesome. Very nice and accommodating. Our guests always had something to drink. The food was great and everything really tasted great. From the planning to the execution on our day, everything was great. As a wedding couple, we didn't have to worry about anything and were able to enjoy the day. We would like to thank the entire team and Mr. Richter again for the great day.Kind regards from the Baer family

Price and performance don't match at all here. The rooms are getting old and there is a clear need for renovation work. We had a junior suite and couldn't open the windows because the kitchen exhaust was constantly humming, even at night! There are no mosquito screens on the windows and the rooms are not air conditioned. There is no refrigerator/minibar in the rooms and no vending machines in the hallway. If you get hungry or thirsty here, you have to drive far to get something.The breakfast buffet is very clearly laid out. Croissants are only available on Sundays. There are no vegan alternatives here at all. In 2024 it's no longer really timely. We will definitely not book this hotel again and cannot recommend it!

The nice location of the hotel, the good breakfast buffet and the cleanliness should be mentioned positively. What we didn't particularly like was the lack of air conditioning in the rooms and the noise pollution at night (party parties in the hotel, beer garden in front of the hotel, church bells ringing all night long). We didn't sleep well for two nights because of the heat and the noise level. Given the relatively high price, we would have expected something different.

We were on our bikes on the Elbe cycle path from Wittenberg to Dessau. So we were delighted with the stop on our tour. When the weather was beautiful, we took advantage of the break for a cup of coffee and a delicious piece of cake.Rooms were not used.

1 star hotel comfort... everything very old-fashioned... a cockroach greeted me in the bathroom... service so-so... very noisy... not even air-conditioned... in need of renovation... for the room price it would have you can expect more...thank God I don't have to go there again❗😬Even if it is completely denied, it is the truth ❗🤷🏼♀️Should have taken a few photos❗
