I was looking forward to a relaxing weekend. Unfortunately it wasn't quite as nice as I thought. However, dinner in the hotel restaurant was a real bright spot. The food was deliciously prepared and of excellent quality. I was really impressed with the variety and taste of the dishes.Another point of criticism concerns the brewery, where apparently only trainees work. Unfortunately, they seemed overwhelmed and were unable to provide adequate service. It was obvious that they were still in the learning phase and were not able to cope with the requirements. However, they always did their best.At coffee time I was disappointed that there was only coffee and no cake or other pastries. A small selection of pastries or sweets would definitely have enhanced the offering and offered guests a wider choice. In my opinion, the so-called spa area of the hotel does not deserve the name “spa area”. The loungers were limited and the water in the pool was too cold. There was a lack of atmosphere and opportunities to relax, which was a shame because I was actually looking forward to some relaxation. The sauna area was also manageable. Unfortunately there weren't enough showers either. The breakfast room was very small, so there were no free tables between 8:00 and 10:00 a.m. The nice ladies always strive for the well-being of the guests. The buffet was sufficient, but very little for four stars. The tablecloths and chairs were dirty every day.In conclusion it can be said that the hotel does not deserve its four stars. Despite the very nice staff and the delicious dinner, the outdated rooms, the poor service in the brewery, the lack of pastries at coffee time and the disappointing spa area could greatly tarnish the overall impression. There is definitely room for improvement to provide guests with a more pleasant stay.

For me the hotel only deserves a maximum of 3 stars.Clean rooms, but rather simple.Service staff ok, but could do with friendlier clothing in the breakfast area.Breakfast is very simple, there is no coffee machine for more choice, as there is only filter coffee in the thermos or tea with a few types, and there is also a lot missing when it comes to food.Tablecloths don't work at all, stains from the day before, although the hotel certainly has a laundry.Ok for a short trip, but not for a longer vacation!

Booked with my daughter and two grandchildren for 3 nights with breakfast this week. The hotel has a pleasant atmosphere. Neat, clean, modernly furnished and, despite 2 extra beds, plenty of space. …

Rooms were clean, but the furniture and objects were already a bit worn out, especially the shower was already falling apart and the drain was blocked.Very remote and there isn't much to do in the city, we were traveling to distant places by car.Unfortunately there were no vegetarian dishes in the hotel either. It's enough to sleep.

Everything was perfect here, very friendly staff, the old former factory owner's villa exudes a wonderful atmosphere, no comparison to the modern hotels.

Close to the main station, elegant, dignified rooms that fit well into the villa. Nice pool and garden. Breakfast room too small and the seating is tight, but breakfast was good (a little more fruit would be nice).

In itself a nice hotel but unfortunately not really suitable for wellness or families. The wellness area is just nonsense. The pool is maybe 20°C warm. Would be nice as a cooling pool after the sauna. But pool is only textile area. So bikini on, swimming, bikini off, sauna, wet bikini back on? Annoying. The pool is also a "relaxation room" for the sauna area in the basement, but is also used by families as a fun pool - understandable because there is really nothing else for children to do except a cold, drafty play area with no toys somewhere in the hallway.Accordingly, both the pool and the sauna area are very loud. There is a small sauna with 80-90°C where many people want to go in, a large thermal bath with 50-60°C where no one wants to go in and a steam bath. There isn't much for taking a cold shower. In general, the basement sauna area is nice but doesn't invite you to linger. The food in the brewery was really mediocre. Seemed rather cheap and completely oversalted. You can't have lunch at all and in the evening you can only get old chips at the bar.Service both in the hotel and in the brewery really tried hard, but completely understaffed.Overall, it's just not a nice atmosphere.Where the 4 stars superior come from is really a mystery to me 🥲

The service is great, the drinks taste good, breakfast is impressive, it's a buffet, and the selection is more than sufficient. Staff very friendly. Dinner was very good, had the rum steak, cooked medium rare. Fried potatoes were also very good and deserved the name. I can only recommend the dark beer to everyone, it tastes excellent. When it comes to the wellness area, everything was really good for me. Sauna was on and used, pool was a bit too cold for me, but 🙅‍♂️ is a matter of taste. So thumbs up

Unfortunately, I booked two rooms in this hotel for my visit from Berlin and for myself. I often travel to hotels for private and business reasons, but the Hotel Villa Heine is not worth two stars... the rooms need renovation and are very dark... but there are a lot of insects due to the lack of fly screens... breakfast was a disaster... .. Fruit was completely missing... Swimming pool was more of a chlorine pool .. As a Halberstadt resident, I was ashamed of this accommodation... not to mention the price/performance ratio..
