It is what it is. It is an accommodation, not a hotel.Have read the Google reviews before going so expectations were lowered. But giving 2 stars for some effort into improving the condition of the accommodation. The host was responsive and speaks good English. Checked in quite quickly. Room was clean, toilet was clean, no crumbs on the table or random hair in the shower drains.Biggest issues still present are the stains on the mattress (1 stain) and the cigarette smoke smell in the room. Impossible to remove even after airing the room for a day.Suitable for short stays or young adults, who NEED a place to stay. Not suitable for long stays or families with children.

I can't say anything about the rooms and service etc. because I didn't even get into the building. There was never any mention of a key box when I booked. There was no one on site and calls (cell phone number) were not answered. No call back. When you stand in front of the building, you think, better: you wish you were wrong about the house number. Dilapidated facade, no sign anywhere or what-I-know-what kind of indication that there is a hostel or something similar in the building.

Danger!! You should stay away from it. Rooms are rented out with a code for the key safe. This is wrong so you can't get into the rooms. Nobody was available on the phone and afterwards they said we hadn't arrived.

The absolute last place, and I'm really not demanding. Dirty building with access in the back yard between garbage cans, shabby furniture with cigarette burns everywhere, sagging mattress, heating not working. And the operator does not write an invoice even after asking for it x times. Probably a case for the tax office. Never never again...

Totally catastrophic. I spoke to someone on the phone in the morning and they said there was still a room available. Once you get there you first have to look for the entrance as there was nothing signposted. Then we would have to call three times until someone answered. The statement we didn't talk on the phone. And then it was said that there were no more rooms available. Were directed to a much more expensive hotel. So honestly not recommended, totally unreliable and if the rooms look like the rest of the house, cheers meal

I can't even say if the hotel was good or not because we couldn't even get in. The front door didn't have an assigned doorbell and none of the other tenants answered the door. When we called their phone number, nobody answered. So we had to go to a different hotel.

Worst hotel I've ever stayed at.The room wasn't handed over until around 3 p.m. because it had to be cleaned, but what I got for a room was a shock, large dark mold spots on the walls, the toilet brush was full of urine, bed linen had stains under the bed, cigarettes were mutilated, I've never had a room like that again on the other hand, looked at where people slept.People stay away!!!!

Our stay was limited to about 15 minutes, 10 of which we spent looking for our room!Unfortunately, the description given via SMS does not match the location of the room. With the help of cleaning staff who were still in the house we were able to find the room. You had to collect the key from a key box, which was already deposited with the correct combination upon arrival (security?).Already in the stairwell there was a pungent smell of smoke, which was also in the room.Dirt, smell, lack of hygiene to the highest degree. The white shower curtain was already black and the shower had mold in its joints. (Soap and shower gel were not available - which wouldn't be a bad thing in principle, but for the sake of completeness). The furniture, walls and the lamp were also dirty, and the curtains were only temporarily hanging on the rod. You could hardly see out of the windows. We made short work of it, called booking, explained the situation and left the “hostel”.Of course the owner cannot be reached. Sorry, but the price doesn't even make up for it. What's sad is that the house is currently being renovated, the furnishings in the rooms are relatively new and it has probably been allowed to deteriorate in such a short time. There is no one on site with whom you could discuss the situation (cleaning may be possible, but the wrong contact person is probably only doing the work as instructed).Spending €15 more and going to another hotel really makes sense in this case.

Shower curtain is moldy. Bed dirty. Cute chair chair. Lamp dirty. Central location in a backyard. WiFi great. TV great. Eating and shopping options within walking distance.
