Simple and uncomplicated. Checked in online 2 days before arrival, received a room with a code by email 1 day before, which can be used to get to the hotel as well as the room. Free coffee and tea in the entrance. Cold drinks and nibbles in return for payment. self-preparation. Further back there is a fitness room and seating.Our rooms were on the 4th floor with an elevator.Room itself spacious and clean. Comfortable beds.With a balcony where we met up with those traveling with us. What I have to read again: I assumed that the double rooms had a kitchenette: unfortunately rooms 30 and 31 didn't have one.There are a few parking spaces in front of the door, but there are more on the left entrance.Gladly again

It is a practical accommodation, nothing more, nothing less.In line with the general trend, many processes are offered automatically, from entry into the hotel to access to the rooms to the snack and drink machines in the small foyer area.The rooms are spacious and functional. In our opinion, the shower and the floor could have been cleaned a little better. The window blinds only darken the room to a limited extent. You should not open the window on the street side at night, as the traffic can be heard very loudly (especially individual speeders).There are parking spaces right in front of the door and more in the courtyard behind the building.Well suited for an overnight stay while traveling through or after a celebration (like ours).

Completely sufficient for one night and not too expensive. We were a bit annoyed that you weren't even allowed into the room half an hour earlier without paying 15 euros. Check-in time is not too early at 3 p.m. and we just wanted to put our things down and 3 p.m. would have been very close; That's what we communicated too. I understand that an "early check-in" can be a hassle and it is the hotel's right to charge a surcharge for it, but 2 p.m. - 2:30 p.m. is really not early and the room may already be ready anyway; In addition, 15 euros is steep compared to the overall costs and performance. We would have liked more goodwill or a lower surcharge.Rooms are okay, at least large, quite dark, and are on the street; But as I said, perfectly fine for one night.

I am absolutely thrilled with the concept. Being able to arrive at any time and not having to deal with anyone anymore. Hassle-free check-in, always friendly and competent staff via the hotline who can help immediately with any problems. That's why I also rate the service with 5 stars! My room was modern, comfortable and clean!

I spent about a week in Solingen for work and stayed in this hotel. It is an automated hotel, I didn't find any employees.I received the door and room code by email in advance, so my arrival went smoothly.Despite the window being open, the room was already massively heated up and also extremely loud because the room faced the main street. With the windows closed you don't hear much of the street noise, but it gets hotter and hotter. But with the windows open it's too loud to sleep!Unfortunately there is no air conditioning or external blinds. Only curtains are available. Otherwise, the room was cozy and modern, and the free parking spaces are also positive!

Noisy location, room very warm, darkening only on the inside, no air conditioning, bed sagging.Bathroom door squeaks like in a horror movie and drags on the floor. Some towels have sterile stains. Shower has nasty mold in the joints, fan broken.The fitted kitchen has no extractor hood, cutlery and pans are greasy, and there is no bottle opener to be found in the entire hotel. Breakfast comes to your door in a cardboard box in the morning, Lt. Other guests said very sticky rolls and coffee in the lobby, but probably not particularly good either. It's better to have breakfast next door at the bakery or at the gas station.For a DELUXE room at 100+€, the price/performance was not okay. Will stay somewhere else next time.

Nice hotel, there are vending machines for snacks downstairs and breakfast can also be delivered to your room. We were very happy with that. I can't judge the service because it is an automated hotel without staff. The location is a little outside the city center but there is Uber in the area.

Small hotel without staff. You can tell: all the soap dispensers are empty, the shower head sprays around uncontrollably, the bathroom fittings are dirty, the curtain is broken. In front of the window there is a flat roof filled with rubbish. Bed worn out. Front door doesn't close properly, anyone can get inAt least self check in worked fine

The door to the bathroom squeaks so badly that the dead wake up.The drain in the shower was hopelessly clogged.You can't describe breakfast as such, you get a breakfast box.

After seeing the room photos on the internet, I was very impressed with JustStay and booked a room for one night. Unfortunately, my real experience was less good.The mattress was not only sagging, but had a nice hollow in the middle. The bed creaked with every movement. One of the towels in the bathroom had dark stains (see photo). In the room there was a small desk and a chair that was no longer particularly stable.Luckily the window faced the inner courtyard, not the street, but directly onto the flat roof of the (larger) ground floor. An outside staircase led to this. Not very pleasant, especially since the window could only be partially shaded by internal slats.Maybe I was unlucky and got the worst room. But I can only advise against JustStay Solingen.

Funny concept in theory. But when it comes to solving the problem, there is no one to do so and it takes a long time to solve the problem.Daily room cleaning was not done. A bit of disappointment.

Nice modern rooms, but extremely noisy rooms. You can clearly hear the conversations, the television, the opening and closing of the cupboards or the cooking in the neighbor's kitchenette. We had neighbors who only came at night after midnight and were very active well into the night and from then on the nights were rather short. The bathroom smells extremely like drains at night and in the morning. Acceptable for 1-2 nights but not for a longer stay.The breakfast box is okay but nothing special. It's the same thing every day. The bakery and supermarkets nearby are sufficient to get breakfast there.The coffee and tea selection is great and the room was clean.

Located on a very noisy street and the rooms are very noisy so you can hardly have any peace and quiet. There is no service because there is no staff... Breakfast box is ridiculous... for that price I'll go to a real hotel again next time
