Throughout our stay, the staff was always prompt and ensured that all of our needs were met. They were helpful, attentive and polite and always tried to solve any problems that arose.

The room was perfect and the staff was fantastic. You made me feel very special.

The hotel had excellent facilities such as a fitness center and a spa. These amenities provided additional relaxation and comfort during my stay.

Unfortunately I can't follow the positive reviews, the hotel doesn't meet the 4 star standard, the restaurant is more of a snack bar and the rooms are partly dirty, complemented by arrogant service, not recommended!

Absolutely toxic, bad service, showers have water-saving hand showers and are calcified, everything is made very inexpensively, the breakfast is not of good quality, just like the restaurant, criticism is not really responded to, the Dehoga classification with 4 stars is not recognizable, not too recommend !

Not recommended, the rooms are poorly insulated, you can hear the noise, there is a strong smell, some are poorly cleaned, the restaurant is simply not recommended either!

The beds were really comfortable and the room was spacious and spotless. The breakfast was delicious and had a wide selection. I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting the area.

Very friendly staff with absolute service orientation. But if you expect luxury with 4 stars, you will be disappointed. In my opinion, the criteria for 4 stars are not met here.The rooms are clean but simple. Loveless is probably the right word, without character. As are the sterile corridors. The breakfast is mediocre, the rolls are not fresh, the juices are out of the box. Still nicely prepared and tasty. So once again: anyone who thinks that 4 stars are reflected here will be proven wrong.The restaurant is cozy, the food is absolutely solid. Steak, burgers, fish… everything we ate over the two evenings was very tasty. Except for the dessert on the menu, because it was listless and not even worthy of a delivery service. This really needs to be improved.But the same applies in the restaurant: all the employees are incredibly friendly and the idea of ​​service comes first. You feel welcome.All in all, guests can expect a normal standard here, and for that it's one star - and a few euros - too much.
