Very old. Rooms really need to be renovated. Biden defective Water was on the floor when you washed your hands. TV doesn't work. Towels and hairdryer were missing when asked but received. Unfortunately I only read the review after the stay. Even when asked, everything was OK with them.Breakfast almost only prepackaged items.We won't come anymore. There are no parking spaces at the hotel, you just have to find a parking space yourself.

This is fraud, a catastrophe, the last relegated!! In front of the entrance to the "hotel" there was a large pile of rubbish consisting of old toilet bowls and cupboards as well as clothes. We booked two double rooms and the family room, none of the rooms looked like they did on the website, no WiFi, TVs didn't work in any of the rooms, cupboards Broken, mold in the bathroom, smoke detectors neither in the rooms nor in the hallway, parking somewhere in Frechen, breakfast is very economical. We saw the hosts briefly once and couldn't be reached by phone. The restaurant closed at 7 p.m. and guests who wanted to check in stood in front of the locked door. I moved to the renovated 2nd floor, I wouldn't have spent a night on the 1st floor. The bathroom was renovated, there was a heater when the outside temperature was 3 degrees, but without a thermostat. Adhesive tape from painting is still on the ceiling light, hair dryer with wall attachment is in the drawer, Shelves with bed linen and towels as well as cleaning products unprotected in front of the family room, doors stuck, toilet installed at a height of 30cm, there was a musty smell everywhere, windows partly couldn't be opened, blinds broken, antenna cable hanging out of the wall, the family room was for 2 nights, 2 adults+ 1 child cost over €200! ...Leudde, don't book here

Thank God we only booked the room for 1 night. It was very cold. The heating couldn't be turned on. The TV only worked with major problems or not at all. Wi-Fi was out of the question, so there was no internet. We wouldn't recommend it

Please note that this review only relates to the restaurant!!!!!!TODAY Ramen got us excited about the new opening and we popped in for some delicious ramen.The space itself has been cut in half and the huge self-service counters in the middle have been removed.It was pleasantly quiet in the restaurant as there weren't many guests.Service was very nice as always.We also think the prices are appropriate.What unfortunately wasn't right was the taste. In this sense, there is no original framework soup that you can use as a guide (such as the original Coca-Cola taste, etc.), so when it comes to ramen, you are very relaxed about what you can describe and perceive as tasty.I've (unfortunately) eaten a lot of ramen and can judge quite well what's tasty and what's not.Unfortunately it wasn't tasty here.No homemade pasta... No unusual toppings.The composition of the individual flavors (soup base, pickled bamboo, egg, etc.) did not make a good combination.However, I don't necessarily want to badmouth it.It's still in the early stages and maybe it will take a little while until everything tastes right.In any case, we will visit it again at some point.If you want to pay attention to the price, you won't find cheaper ramen anywhere in Frechen.Peace, cleanliness and service were very good..🙂

We had a nice room (room 203), the bathroom was renovated and the room was also in good condition. Price/performance top. We got more than we expected. The breakfast also had everything you need. Wishes for improvement: A hairdryer was missing, the faucet on the sink was loose and the temperature on the shower faucet could not be regulated.

I visited with my partner for 4 nights over the holidays and can reassure anyone who, like us, was put off by the numerous negative reviews.The room was clean and absolutely sufficient for the price.As already feared, we were provided with a shared bathroom, but it was always clean and, to be honest, we never once noticed or even saw the other guests who were also using the bathroom.The only real criticism I can mention is the unfavorable parking situation.(To compensate for this, the hotel is located less than 5 minutes from the nearest tram stop.)

Were there for the reopening of the ramen shop, not in the hotel.Top ramen at a fair price. The fried chicken and pork belly in Tonkotsu Ramen are particularly recommended.Unfortunately it's only open on weekends, but the visit remains special!

It was probably once an inn with a ballroom and stage. Unfortunately a bit too big for the restaurant and therefore not so comfortable. The rooms have also seen better days. The staff was very nice and the food was delicious. There were Japanese ramen dishes. Something else!

No recommendation.Only a shared bathroom, which is not mentioned in advance when booking. You only get the information on site. What is initially stated when booking, but is not available: parking space! We spent about 20 minutes looking stupidly because there are only places where you have to be lucky that they are free. If they aren't, you don't have a parking space at all, because the hotel itself doesn't have one.Bathroom very dirty and warm water gurgles like in a bad horror film. Beds were comfortable, breakfast was very poor and bread rolls were like yesterday. The staff greeted us very coldly and seemed very annoyed and stressed. When we checked out, there was no one to be found in the entire building, we put the key on the PC (where documents and invoices from other hotel residents were lying around) and we simply left.We would not recommend the hotel to anyone.
