Hotel very cheap, without service. Ideal for people who just want to sleep. Spacious, small kitchen, good mattress. Unfortunately, the glass edges of my predecessors were still stuck to the dessert and the shower water drained very poorly.

The location is perfect by car. Unfortunately the room and bathroom were not clean. The mirror and sink had not been cleaned or there were still traces of the previous tenant. The parking lot was not lit at all. That's really not okay in the fall. I can't say why there wasn't a replacement roll of toilet paper. Otherwise the room is nicely divided.

There were significant deficiencies in the rooms we booked. There was no toilet paper in any of the six rooms. Hair was found on the bed and in the sink in several rooms. The water didn't drain in two rooms, so the shower couldn't be used. Under these circumstances, it would have made more sense to sleep in the car to save money.

Why these bad reviews? I have been to these hotels a few times and have always been satisfied. Also really good at this price. Large room, large modern bathroom, large TV, fridge, desk… 👍There was also contact by phone because I wasn't familiar with everything at the beginning and he was friendly and helpful. Always happy again.

This is the worst stay in my life I have to stay here because of exhibitions , I can not put photo here because of disgussing facility not old but management is incredible bad. They do not clean wc before me and there is no responsible person in hotel or pansion whatever here . My other colleagues has to stay without electric because they can come here on Monday we are in Saturdays night here , there is blood on bed textiles after washing it is likely nightmare I read many comments before I came but I understand when I stay here and I have to be here 3 for more night unfortunately and there is no response

PLEASE DO NOT BOOK!! 1 star only for one reason: Because 0 stars doesn't work!Registration for human-free access was already customer-unfriendly: a back and forth of data and entries, PINs and codes in order to be allowed into the room from 4 p.m. (much too late).Access worked for us, but NOT for friends who had arrived in other rooms!!Then the look into the room: no bed made, dirt on the floor, used towels in the bathroom!!!Even worse with our friends: everything was dirty, empty pizza boxes on the table.More guests arrived: the same picture in all rooms!!Luckily, we reached the hotline, informed them of the situation, booked another hotel using our cell phone and left. Finally, we were expected at a birthday reception at 6 p.m.At 7 p.m. we received an email from the WMM Hotel Group: they offered us to cancel or, and here it comes: clean the room ourselves. ... Do they want to tease their guests? ... And we should write an email about which solution we choose.We chose cancellation and wrote the requested email the next day.A whole week, seven days, has passed since then:NO confirmation of receipt,NO answer,NO REFUNDS!!!We're excited to see how this continues,We will definitely get our money…!!

The room unclean. Shower not cleaned. Missing cutlery. The new system with which you open the door via a link works like the old Nokia. I.e. sometimes it doesn't work. REALLY BAD 😕

The rooms that had been booked for weeks were available from 4 p.m. At this point about 10 guests arrived.|We were lucky that we could at least open the doors. This didn't work for some guests. …

The locking system in the rooms is terrible, I stood in front of the door several times for up to 5 minutes and it wouldn't open.In the evening there was only cold water for showering, then in the morning there was warm water.The equipment is perfectly fine, with a small kitchenette and fridge/freezer combination. Parking spaces are also rather rare, but there are also opportunities to park there thanks to the McDonald's next door.

Room not cleaned properly (see pictures), bed sheet is stained!The central key is now accessible to me after a phone call! That is not sure!!Door didn't work. 5 minutes in the phone queue. Luckily I was here 10 pm ago otherwise the hotline would be out.

Nice motel with one huge drawback.If you want to go into the room in the middle of the night, you may not be able to get in.Not only me, but also others had problems unlocking their room door. No 24-hour emergency call possible, that's an absolute no-go!Therefore, if nothing changes here, this motel will no longer be an option for me.

I can't understand the negative reviews.This is the second time I've stayed in a room from this chain, everything worked wonderfully. Price-performance ratio is definitely right. Resembles a motel, no luxury, functional, but everything is new and clean.Great for this price.

Have been to WMM Hotels twice and think it's great, very classy and chic, the rooms have an incredibly great bed, I love it, the beautiful bathroom, everything was great, thank you 🙆

Modern motel without reception.Rooms are well equipped (fridge, stove, etc.)Beds are very hard (if you like it)My room was clean.Access to the room is via a link sent to you - unfortunately not without problems (as already written here several times). Unfortunately, after 10 p.m. there is no way to get into the room if the automatic door lock fails. You should avoid arriving after 10 p.m.Price/performance ratio is good.Rooms are quite close to a busy road - but you couldn't hear too much about it.If it weren't for the story about access it would be really recommended...

Stay away from this hotel. The door opening mechanism does not work reliably. We couldn't get into our room and emergency services weren't available, so we had to stay somewhere else. If you want the money back, the hotel doesn't respond. Absolute rip off!

Absolutely dirty hotel that doesn't serve the purpose of a hotel. It was not possible to stay overnight in the room. The door codes only work unreliably. We were able to go into the hotel room once to put our things down. When we wanted to go back to the room at night, that was no longer possible. There was no customer service available and the telephone hotline was only open until 10 p.m. We had to sleep in the parking lot without our belongings.

The room was quite nice, but the door opening process (with a internet link that does not stably work) was scaring us. Our friends had to spend the night in the car because theirs did not work and nobody answered the service hotline. If you are coming without a car the only place you could stay in that case is McDonald's....there is no roofed common area in the hotel and no other fall-back option. @lgo hotel, please provide better help for lock malfunctions or change the operating system!
