We were on the Rheinsteig and stayed in the hotel for two nights. We appreciate the maritime quality and stayed here specifically for two stages of the Rheinsteig (no problem with the light rail). Everything was clean and in order, the WiFi was free and in order. Pool and sauna were important to us. The quality of service, friendliness of the staff and the breakfast buffet were the best things on our 3-week trip with new and - where possible - high-quality hotels every day!

We had breakfast here with five people as external guests. The service was good, including the cold cuts on offerDiscolored liver sausage, baked cheese and a mediocre sausage quality could clearly be replaced by a slightly better product that was served fresh in the morning and not spent a night spread out on a serving platter in the refrigeratorbe improved.Information to management: With a little more care in the areas mentioned, customer satisfaction can be achieved quicklyincrease.

I spent a week in this hotel and I would especially like to describe my experience with the staff.Rooms: The rooms were clean and well appointed, but overall nothing special.Service: The service was adequate, but not particularly attentive.Staff: I particularly noticed the staff negatively, especially in the restaurant and at the bar. I felt ignored and not taken seriously several times. The staff seemed unfriendly at the bar, and the atmosphere in the restaurant was similar. Questions or requests were often responded to reluctantly or with a condescending attitude. I definitely missed hospitality here. The behavior of the staff had a very negative impact on my stay.Unfortunately I cannot recommend the hotel based on this experience.

Nice hotel right on the Rhine. Nice room. Rich breakfast and very friendly staff. Somewhat difficult parking situation around the hotel. Space in the underground car park costs 20 euros per night

When it came to coffee specialties from the machine, we missed the lactose-free version (oat milk, no inedible pea protein), as in other Maritim hotels. …
