Booked via Booking.com, which unfortunately resulted in a bit of chaos as the confirmation stated another hotel as it is. The hotel can't help that. They probably used to belong together.Compensation was the room (positively surprised) modern, clean, visually inviting.Super sufficient for my purpose. But I could also imagine it lasting longer. (except for the capsule machine).Breakfast was completely ok. Good selection, fresh products. The room itself could be more comfortable, has a bit of a canteen feel to it.Note: Bathtub/shower very slippery when wet and soapy.Environment very nice. Good hiking trails.

Good hotel in a central location, good for trips in the area or to Bonn or Cologne. Probably more of a business hotel, but there were also some families with children. The breakfast buffet was of a good standard and the rooms were spacious. I particularly liked the mattresses and pillows, which are also available for purchase.

I have stayed at this hotel many times for business trips, but this will be the last time. The hotel appears clean and welcoming but is in fact very old. I have woken up countless times during the night and been disturbed in the evening due to noisy neighbours that you can hear talking, snoring, or even walking around. Hopefully you are not on floor one or two and experience the joy of people walking around above you, or what sounds like elephants running wild. Finally they have recently increased the price of parking from €10 per night to €18. Unfortunately the car park is now more unsafe, as they leave the door open all evening, meaning anyone can access the cars. So not only do you may more, but the service is worse.

Very nice, modern hotel. Very nice rooms, delicious breakfast buffet. Location depends on where you want to go. The journey to Bonn by public transport is approx. 35 to 45 minutes.Reception is staffed until 7 p.m., then self check-in in front of the entrance.

WiFi is slower than a snail uphill and constantly drops the connection. The room has a lot of space, but there is nothing inside. Bathroom is dirty and has no shelf in the shower. The breakfast has a good selection, but the taste is lackluster and not what I expect from four stars. Underground parking is hell for parking cars bigger than a Smart. Location is at the bottom of the world.

The hotel makes a good impression from the outside. The location is fine and easy to reach by both public transport and car. There is plenty to discover almost right in the spa gardens, at the foot of the Siebengebirge and not far from the Rhine.I was a bit irritated that the reception was only open until 6 p.m. You then check in via a machine in front of the building. Luckily for me, the reception was exceptionally staffed longer upon arrival. The room was relatively large and in good condition, with a few visual flaws. Nothing wild. Unfortunately the TV remote control didn't work. The reception, which was present for a longer period of time, visibly made an effort, but in the end was unable to help. So all I could do was turn the TV on and off and watch ARD. Other guests apparently weren't so lucky. The television there had no reception. Air conditioning would have been nice because you could hear every conversation in the courtyard if the window was open. The breakfast is good and the staff is very friendly. On the second evening my remote control was repaired and I was finally able to switch. The room wasn't made for that. At a four star hotel, my expectation would be that at least the trash would be emptied and towels left on the floor would be changed. That already disappointed me.I have the impression that this hotel saved a lot on (staff) costs. At the expense of service quality.
