Catastrophic conditions. The hotel is above a club. Sleeping is only possible from 4 a.m.Cleanliness leaves a lot to be desired. There were scattered hairs everywhere. The gentleman at the reception was friendly.

Cheap and in the middle of the old town with a logical background noise. But to have a room with such a dirty carpet and e.g. Sometimes you have to be pain-free to rent out walls

I was a guest in this property for 5 nights, the rooms were dirty and never made up for the entire stay, I was also left without a towel in the room, breakfast was scheduled from 07:30 in the morning but it still didn't arrive until 08:00/08:30 bread and croissants, television without decoder and therefore only 2 visible channels, a hotel with 3 stars but one star, absolutely not recommended

It's going ok.When checking in the gentleman was a bit bored and annoyed.Bathroom wasn't the cleanest. Breakfast supposedly until 11am. At 9:54 a.m. there was nothing left. And nothing new was added. Statement from the staff: anyone who comes late is just out of luck.If you want to explore the old town / the longest bar in the world, this is a hotel with a top location. Just don't be too sensitive when it comes to volume.

Simply catastrophic conditions. On August 18th, 2024 we booked a room by phone, when we got there we had to pay with EC and were then given access to the room. The room was very small, (not at all like the description on the website), dirty, dusty, and very warm, instead of the promised air conditioning there was only a fan in it. We didn't want the room like that and asked for the money back, but of course the employee couldn't book it back and he didn't have any cash. We were promised a refund several times, and to date no money back, even though we didn't take the room.Absolutely not recommended!

Beds were way too hard, breakfast room was way too small and at 10.45am on Sunday morning there was simply nothing left, others were quicker and would have eaten everything! What a shame! Not to mention the fact that the rooms were swapped when checking in! Unfortunately not recommended at all, they used to call things like that cheap flophouses!

Upon arrival (we were on a long bike ride) we thought: 'where have we ended up? 'It was not possible to store bicycles. But with the help of a friendly receptionist we still found a solution. The hotel room positively surprised us. Clean, neat and nice and fresh. And no, not at all bothered by the crowds and music on the street. The breakfast was also well prepared. Great hotel and not expensive.

The house is extremely centrally located... 20 m to Bolkerstrasse, the longest bar in the world.Very nice and helpful lady at the reception.Slight deductions for the room because the TV didn't work properly and there was no remote control for the A/C.
