Doesn't correspond to the standard of a 3-star hotel at all.A bad youth hostel is more likely to be the case.The prices are the only thing you can compare with other 3-star hotels.The rooms are very outdated, if they were at least maintained or cleaned properly then it wouldn't be so bad...The breakfast is very spartan...You could go on here forever.The only star is for the staff.At least this one was nice and friendly

There are other reviews here that have also described it correctly, this hotel is terrible. Hygiene is not, it is so bad that as already mentioned you cannot take off your shoes and clothes. It is actually a smoking hotel. But even that can't explain the smell in the rooms. I was only able to get through the time until morning with the exhaust running in the bathroom and the window open. However, my room was directly opposite the train tracks, a stone's throw and you would have been over there or someone from outside in the room. I didn't dare sleep or turn off the light. It was by far the worst hotel I have ever seen. No amount of “savings” can make up for this experience. I still think of this hotel with horror when I make bookings and hope I never get one like it again. My company rebooked my colleague and I to a different hotel the next day, hopefully as many people as possible will be spared from having to spend the night there. I feel sorry for the foreign trade fair visitors who choose this hotel because they don't know any better or can't afford the expensive alternatives in Cologne. This hotel is the kind of hotel where junkies shoot themselves into the afterlife or people who have finished living their lives end in peace.

Rooms have TVs but don't have a kettle, it is only available downstairs in the dining room, And the hair dryer in my room was broken, and nobody came to fix it even though I reported it . But rooms are pretty clean and OK for the price

The rooms are fine. It's enough to stay overnight. But you shouldn't have too high demands. The staff is friendly. However, the toilet didn't flush. And since the hotel was full, we couldn't be offered another room. I'm not that sensitive, but of course it's annoying. The location is quite good and, above all, there are parking spaces, which was important to me. I was there with my son, but only for one night. It was ok for that. Because my oldest son lives there in the student dormitory and we visited him. That was right nearby. That was good for us.

The staff at reception was very friendly. Unfortunately we didn't see any cleaning staff. Room was OK. Unfortunately, the bathroom was moldy and damaged in some places. Old furnishings don't matter if they're well maintained. There is still a lot of room for improvement.

This is not a hotel, but a youth hostel, and actually that description might be too much. Unfortunately, this hotel does not deserve the name hotel. It's more like a hostel!The furniture is almost falling apart, the mold is sticking to the tiles in the bathroom. Bathrooms that reeked of urine. The carpet hasn't been cleaned properly in years, so it's better to leave your shoes on all the time. The mattresses are saggy and mostly stained with yellow stains. The mold was unbearable and the rooms were mini. Added to this were the towels, which were lined with blood stains and dirt. This hotel is the worst we have ever stayed in. This cannot be recommended or expected of anyone. Unfortunately, the hotel is worse than any train station lobby. Leaky and broken windows, moldy bathroom, totally dirty carpet and walls and hair on the bed wall, dirty mattress lying on the floor, broken light... That was the absolute horror night. I had to brush my teeth with Volvic water and to go to the toilet I went to some restaurant/store. Unfortunately, the smell was unbearable. I'm pretty robust, but I had to vomit 2 to 6 on the way to the room. Seriously, renting out these rooms is assault! I don't want to know what mold does to the human body... silverfish everywhere you look.Simply a horror hole!!!!

Phew...where do you start?First the positive… dry, warm, a bed, WiFi and running water ;)Breakfast rich and completely okay for €18 per person…So 18€ for a parking space per day… eat big!!! Especially since you somehow have to squeeze the car into parking spaces that were spacious for cars from the 70s and with today's cars this is still only the case for small cars.Supposedly monitored... apparently the fluorescent tubes are the surveillance... I didn't see any cameras...The rooms urgently need renovation... if you want to go to the bathroom at night you have an epileptic fit until the fluorescent tube in it, which feels like it's 30 years old, manages to "flicker"... Sorry, that doesn't work at all... dWe didn't receive an invoice, just the EC receipt... and the location... well, central enough if you like football and don't feel anything before going to bed after a night of partyingOkay for 1 night… unfortunately worth visiting again close to 0.0

Booked 2 nights There were technical problems on 1 night. You could just enter the room without a card and couldn't lock it. There wasn't a new room for the night because it was fully booked. Three people had to sleep in a room, one on the floor. The one at reception The room was friendly and needed to be renovated. There is mold in the bathroom...
