This time I didn't really like it.Despite the sign, the maids wanted to go to the room at around 9:00 a.m.Despite the renovation period, cleanliness was not an issue.We only had breakfast one night because the breakfast was very poor.Staff was very friendly.Aachen itself was definitely worth a trip, a very friendly city.

Had a renovated room for the first time today. Finally that B+B feeling. Breakfast tip top as always.The bathrooms are and remain an absolute minus point, you can't move around properly in them, even with what feels like 0.5 square meters 🤷♂️🤷♂️🤷♂️

We have been to this hotel several times and it was completely sufficient for our needs, a short stay.The hotel is very centrally located, you can get everywhere on foot.It is very clean, the rooms are functionally furnished, the bed is very good, but the bathroom is very narrow.The staff is very friendly and the reception is open 24 hours a day!So we would come again and again!

Neat hotel, close to the center and the fair of Aachen. The rooms are simple but neat, clean and quiet (no noises can be heard from outside the room). Excellent mattresses, were comfortable and we got up without pain.I can't suggest any areas for improvement about breakfast either.The staff was friendly and will give you nice tips for your stay if you ask.Huge plus.......parking garage under the building.

The hotel is not located at the main station. You have to walk quite a bit to get there. Not ideal with larger luggage if you read B&B Aachen Hbf. The staff is very friendly, the breakfast buffet is completely sufficient. The room is clean, the bathroom in my room was very very small. The bed was good. Unfortunately, my room was at a busy intersection and was therefore very noisy. The air conditioning wasn't particularly helpful with the windows closed. Check in and out without much hassle.

The rooms are completely sufficient, the breakfast is worthwhile and the cleanliness as well as the personal contact is authentic and worth mentioning.I remember an employee named Beloolis as a very authentic-looking young man and with that certain extra charm that you know when you go on holiday in Spain, for example, very ambitious and solution-oriented and even if you think something can no longer be arranged, for example booking a room etc. Mr. Beloolis finds a waySo a clear recommendation!

Room not very large, clean, rather spartanly furnished, but for two nights without a long stay in the room, it was pretty much what I was looking for. However, it is very (!!!) tight in the bathroom, especially on the toilet, and I can't recommend it for someone who is taller than me (1.84). Particularly worth mentioning is the very friendly and helpful staff!
